Récemment rénové et équipé, y compris une nouvelle salle de bains de luxe. cet appartement très spacieux entièrement carrelé dispose de deux chambres de bonne taille avec une grande cuisine américaine, un coin repas et un salon. L'entrée principale est située juste en retrait de la route, avec un parking gratuit et dispose d'un accès complet en fauteuil roulant. Il y a des ascenseurs, des escaliers et un parking souterrain. Le complexe a une sélection de restaurants / snack-bars / cafés, une bonne supérette. Un accès Internet gratuit est disponible dans de nombreux cafés et bars. Il y a une pharmacie au coin de la rue et la station de taxis est à quelques minutes à pied. Le village de pêcheurs d'Alvor possède un large éventail de restaurants, cafés et bars à quelques minutes à pied du complexe. La zone de promenade a des cafés surplombant l'estuaire et il y a plusieurs excursions de pêche et de visites touristiques disponibles. Plus loin sur la promenade se trouve le complexe sportif récemment construit avec une piscine intérieure. Les superbes plages de sable doré d'Alvor avec sa promenade et ses bars de plage sont facilement accessibles à pied.

Staying for a festival

We had an opportunity to stay at Alvor thanks to Peter and this place was amazing, we really enjoyed this place, shoutout to Jackie too ! Do not hesitate to book here, perfect place to stay.

Fantastic location- gorgeous apartment- perfect holiday

From start to finish- a great experience! Excellent communication with the owner and the apartment is perfect for a stay in Alvor. It’s spacious and has everything you would need for a family holiday. The complex is gorgeous and despite going in August, we didn’t have any problems getting a sunbed near the pool.Excellent proximity to shops, town, harbour and beach-all within walking distance. We loved it and hope to return next year!

Great location of the west side of the Algarve.

Alvor provides an ideal location for visiting many sites on the west side of the Algarve. Portimao is just 10 minutes away; Silves is 30 minutes, as is Monchique. Cape St. Vincent is an hour's drive but worth the effort. Lagos is under a half hour. Alvor itself is small enough to be walkable with lots of restaurants and the outstanding boardwalks along the estuary and out to the seashore.

Fabulous (Aug 2019 stay)

Myself husband and 2 small children stayed in the apartment for 9nights in August, I can honestly say it was wonderful! Firstly Peter the owner was great we had a late check in and he still ensured we was well looked after and knowing we had small children he put some basic in the apartment ready for our arrival (bread,milk, water eg) the apartment had everything you could wish for from a self catering apartment and is extremely spacious. The apartment is situated on a small square with a few bars, restaurants and shop which great. The local town is just 10mins walk where they are loads of restaurants just like the discrimination says. The beach is also just a 10min walk and the harbour is beautiful. The pool area is private so never once did we fight for a bed even if we got there mid day. This place would not disappointed if your looking for a relaxing laid back time away....... thanks again peter we WILL be returning

Excellent Apartment

Wonderful spacious apartment, very clean with a lot of extras. Everything you need is here to enjoy your holiday, just like home from home. Excellent location for town, bars, restaurants, beach. Been coming to Alvor for 15+ years & it's the best accommodation I've stayed in ! Peter is very friendly & quickly replies to any queries you have. All in all a fantastic place to stay, I will definitely be returning in future !!

I really enjoyed staying in this clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. I walked in and felt at home as everything is tastefully arranged. The bathroom is amazing. The kitchen area is totally sufficient for a holiday. Radio, Television all works well and books to read are also available. You can walk up to town which has a lot of character and also the walk to the beach is very nice and not long. If you want a home away from home...this is the right choice Apartment. ENJOY! Great Holiday

I booked this apartment Sept 2015 as I was aware that this complex fills up quickly. Myself husband and 4 children 17,13,12,8 spent 14 days in Alvor The apartment was very spacious for the 6 of us. The apartment was kept to a very high standard and was extremely well equipped with everything you would need, Extra towels, Beach towels, Books, Board Games, Washing Machine, Microwave the list goes on. The complex itself was kept to a very high standard it was spotlessly clean, the pool area was lovely clean and relaxed and the complex provided eateries bars and shops . The complex was within walking distance of everything, beach, town, supermarket very central. I would highly recommend this apt and complex to any one interested in staying in Alvor It was a pleasure to deal with The property owner who was a gentleman.

A spacious clean apartment with all mod cons

The apartment is ideally located with access to a lovely pool and lots of shops and bars nearby. Alvor old town, with its beautiful church, shops and bars is a 5 minute walk away and the stunning beach and harbour are a 10 minute walk away. There are many boat trips available from the harbour including a water taxi over to the lovely town of Lagos. 2 large bedrooms 2 balconies and a great living area including a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine microwave and the lounge has a TV & CD player with lots of DVDs and CDs available. The apartment is clean modern and extremely comfortable. There are lifts available to reach the 2nd floor apartment and the whole complex feels safe. Dealing with the owners was easy and straight forward and they answered any questions we had very promptly. The on site contact at the local restaurant Marco's was friendly and very helpful and that restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The apartment made our holiday and comes highly recommended.

Just returned the apartment was spotless and had everything in it we needed Lovely big bedrooms one with a balcony and another balcony off the living room kitchen,diner. Apartment very central. Fantastic Family Apartment

Alvor is a great family location and this apartments is fantastic. It has been refurbished to a high standard and the owner has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It's like home from home. The apartment has a large private pool for residents and the small bars and town centre are only a 5 minute walk away. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Alvor

Beautifully decorated, well equipped, spacious apartment with two balconies overlooking the square on the Dunas complex. Lovely pool area with cafe/restaurants on site from Marco,s, Picnic, Albur's, Cool Bar and grocery shop. Only 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the centre of Alvor with a vast variety of restaurants and bars. Perfect apartment, location and hospitality provided. We were even able to hire golf clubs from Peter. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great holiday

We had a lovely holiday in Alvor. The appartement was large and clean. All facilities were available. The swimming pool was great for the kids. I will certainly recommend this appartement to friends and family. The bistro Marco's from Jacky and Marc was excellent. We will go again sometimes Greetings from Dave, Patricia, Christophe and Luca.

I have been going to Alvor with my family for 12 years. We all love the experience and have always stayed on the Dunas Do Alvor complex. We would never want to stay anywhere else, it is so close to everything we enjoy.
We love the apartments and the complex and all the facilities it has to offer. My son used to love the pool, but now at 21 he is keen to get me on the golf courses as much as possible. Based on the fact I always pay and he always wins, I am not surprised.

We had rented the same apartment for over 10 years. Now, following retirement, we were able to purchase one ourselves.
