Endorfina is a charming villa enjoying an elevated position located in the Moravit urbanization just 2 km from the center of Moraira, a coastal town on the Costa Blanca, of tourist interest for its wide variety of shops, water sports, beaches and coves as well as restaurants and bars. The villa has parking for 2 cars. The exterior offers a spacious terrace with a private pool, sun loungers and a barbecue area right next door, all surrounded by a traditional Mediterranean-style garden.
From the garden, stairs guide us to a covered veranda with views, ideal for having breakfast and enjoying the sun. From here you can access the living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a guest toilet.
Downstairs, the garage has been converted into a living room where the washing machine is also located. Endorfina is a fairly central villa, located just 1 km from supermarkets, bars and restaurants, located along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe.
