What a wonderful home in which to enjoy Inverness! Callum & Jessie’s home is the best experience I have ever had. The Fairfield Bungalow is a fabulous home. The house is well appointed, beautifully decorated, and in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of the city center. I could honestly move right in and only bring my clothes! Communication ahead of the stay was thorough and clear. If you are looking for a stay in Inverness and this gorgeous home is available, book now! Best stay ever!!!

My husband and I stayed for a few nights and found everything comfortable. When we travel we often cook some of our dinners in the rentals and appreciate a well appointed kichen (not necessarily brand new or fancy- just one that works well!). Tommy's worked well, but we would have liked if we could have used the oven too. We did not reach out to Janet about it because it wasn't a big deal to us, but she was right across the street and very kind and available, so the oven problem is more on us. I found that the shower drained slowly, but this was a minor issue overall (We had just stayed in a nice hotel the night before and it's shower wouldn't stay hot, so I'll take a slow drain over a cold shower.) Despite these small imperfections, I still rate Tommy's as a five star unit because the comfort level, location, communication with the owner and manager, and the beauty of the back garden were all 5 star worthy!

If you’re thinking about booking Mo’s place in Inverness, stop thinking about it and book it now! Comfortable, great amenities, great location, and a communicative and gracious host. We loved our stay and can’t recommend it highly enough.

Disclaimer: we stayed here in December (definitely not tourist season) during a pandemic. Some of the quiet we experienced may not hold as true in the summer. The location could not be better if you don’t have a vehicle. We took the train up to Inverness and the distance to the apartment can be measured in step. We walked to a different restaurant every night. Hopped on a train to Cairngorm and Elgin for day trips and the grocery store is just a block away along with tons of other shopping opportunities. I was concerned with the noise being so close to the train station, but I never heard one while we were there. The apartment had every amenity we could need. Television, kitchen, large bathroom and plenty of space. It was clean and quiet. We were even greeted with some kitchen staples like bread, butter and milk to get us started. I was more than we hoped for and I highly recommend it.
