Villa Olive Tree Valley presents a delightful and welcoming villa nestled in a serene valley, offering stunning views and a private swimming pool, conveniently located just a short drive from the picturesque Bellagio.



This inviting retreat comprises a main villa and an adjacent annex, both enveloped by a lush olive grove. The main villa is a contemporary structure with expansive windows. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious open-plan living area, complete with cosy sofas, a television, a warming fireplace, and a dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, toaster, juicer, oven, and kettle. Leading out from here is a terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, equipped with a barbecue. The upper floor houses the sleeping quarters, featuring a bedroom with a queen-size bed and two additional bedrooms, each with twin beds, alongside two well-appointed bathrooms with showers. The basement adds extra convenience with another bathroom, a cellar, and a laundry room.



The annex, a short stroll from the villa and close to the pool, is a charming rustic abode made of stone and wood. It opens into a cosy living area with a dining table, sofa, and a fully-fitted kitchen that mirrors the amenities of the main villa. Upstairs, there's a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower.



Guests can enjoy a range of amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, a washing machine, ironing facilities, and heating.



Please note that the local area lacks taxis or public transport for short distances, making it advisable to travel by car. On-site outdoor parking is available for guests.



The swimming pool is open seasonally from June 1st to September 1st.

Booking Policy:

- Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00, to be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

- Check-out by 10:00.

- Late check-in/out may be possible subject to availability and incurs a fee of €20 to €40 for arrivals after 20:00.

- No parties or events allowed.

- Smoking and pets are prohibited.
