Brand new house, only 45 meters from the beach with fantastic beach and sea views.
It has 2 floors plus a private terrace on the 3rd floor.
The single beds can be converted to a double bed.
The house has great sea views from the lounge, the kitchen, the single bedroom and the terrace.
It was built to a very high standard with modern and comfort furniture, nice blue electric shutters and high quality mattresses in the bedrooms.
1 of the bathrooms is en-suite and 1 bathroom is situated next to the lounge.
The terrace has a big table with 6 chairs, 6 sun loungers and another fridge.
There are shops, restaurants and snack bars within walking distance.
