Just about 100 meters from one of Denmark's best sandy beaches in Marielyst and close to shopping and shopping opportunities is this cottage with outdoor hot tub. The cottage is suitable for a family or two families and is bright and spacious with kitchen with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher m.m. The bright and spacious living room facing the garden is furnished with a multi-table with i.a. table tennis, billiards, table football and air hockey as well as TV and wood burning stove. There is also the Nintendo Wii. The cottage is i.a. equipped with wood burning stove, air / air heat pump and free wireless internet. TV with fiber network / web TV. Three good rooms with a double bed and a large loft. From the living room you can go directly out to the very large covered and open terrace with plenty of space to sunbathe and grill. Here you will also find the large, outdoor whirlpool with room for 6 people, where you can for many hours enjoy the hot water and look at the stars and just relax. There is also free access to the swimming center in Falster. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
