Air-conditioned 2 rooms, terrace, in private compound a few steps from the sea

Il Pino is an apartment of 60 square meters overlooking the green and overlooking the sea, easily reachable on foot. Renovated by the architect and artist Maria Cristina Finucci, it is furnished with collector's items among which are some large Lampedusan craft boats.
The apartment is recommended for four people, up to six if two are children of the same family: it offers two bedrooms, a living room with terrace, kitchen and bathroom.
The living room has a glass door that can be completely opened onto the terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to eat outdoors or stay indoors as a function of time.
The double bedroom has a double bed that can be separated into two single beds, facing the inner side of the island. The second bedroom has two bunk beds (up to 4 beds) and overlooks the sea.
The bathroom has a shower and a bidet.
The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, fridge with freezer, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
Free, high speed WiFi and a phone landline are available.
The apartment has been renovated and decorated by the architect and artist Maria Cristina Finucci. Maria Cristina Finucci is today one of the recognized contemporary Italian artists: after having created very important works (the last one being the central installation at the Statale di Milano for the design week 2019), she entered the permanent collection of the Quirinale with just 20 others artists, including Fontana, De Chirico, Guttuso, Burri, Boetti, Manzù.
Il Pino is a perfect apartment for summer holidays, in fact it is located in a private area that offers complete services in the period mid-June to mid-September. Outside of the high season, the Pino is a welcoming base for all the activities available on the island, even if it does not enjoy full services within the area.
Capo d'Arco is a large, closed private area on the east of the Island of Elba, located on the coast between Porto Azzurro and Rio Marina. The area offers woods, walks and a long coastline.
Only the owners and their guests can access the area and use the available services.
All pool and lifeguard services are open from June to September. The bars, restaurants, pizzeria and grocery store are open from 15 June to 15 September.
In the area there are two freshwater pools (one for adults and one for children) and two seawater pools on the cliff (the one for adults has a rock bottom).
There is also a beach, called 'Il brigantino', of fine gravel 5' on foot from the apartment.
Access to the beach and the swimming pools is free, deckchairs and parasols are available at a cost, the beach and pools are supervised by lifeguards.
In the area is open in summer a small, general store , there are also two bars overlooking the pools (one on the sea with food service at noon and a good restaurant / pizzeria for the evening.
There are also two tennis and five-a-side football courts, ping-pong tables and a beach volley court near the sea water pools.
Capo d'Arco is an ideal place to relax, enjoy the sea, the beautiful walks, and the various services offered without using the car (the beach, the swimming pools, the restaurant and other services are just a few minutes walk from the flat). The private area offers a long coastline and a vast woods crossed by numerous paths and roads in the pinewood or the sea. The location is ideal for exploring the eastern part of the Island of Elba, to enjoy the nearby centers of Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri, Rio Marina, Cavo and participate in the initiatives promoted by the Tuscan Archipelago Natural Park whose main office is in Rio Elba.
The period June-September is perfect to enjoy the sea; moreover, from April to October, when the services of the Capo d'Arco district are closed, the Island of Elba offers a wonderful natural environment, numerous excellent restaurants, quality wines to be tasted in the production cellars, the possibility of play golf and go hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking, diving and sailing regattas and numerous tourist, historical and cultural attractions in the various centers of the island.
