DOG-FRIENDLY STAYS



One well-behaved, house-trained dog is welcome for an additional £30 pet fee to cover additional cleaning. If you’d like to bring a second dog, please contact us before booking and we’ll be happy to consider your request.



Dogs should remain downstairs and off beds and soft furnishings, and must not be left unattended in the property. Please clean muddy paws before entering and dispose of any waste promptly.



TV & STREAMING



The Smart TV provides access to streaming and catch-up services. Guests should use their own account details where required.



CLEANING & LINEN



The property is professionally cleaned between stays, with professionally laundered bed linen and towels provided.



Standard check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Where the booking schedule allows, we’ll do our best to accommodate requests for additional flexibility.
