About this property

Villa entirely renovated on the Bassin d'Arcachon near beaches

The fully renovated villa of 115 m2, garden of 1000m2 comprises three bedrooms, two with beds 160, the third with a bed of 140 (new bedding). You have the possibility to install a cot in two of them. You will find in the bathroom a large walk-in shower and a basin for two people, an electric towel rail and a bidet.
A large bright living room will welcome you with large windows, a flat screen TV (Canal +, DVD Blue Ray), two sofas (including a sofa), a piano and a dining table for 8 people. The fully equipped semi-open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, extractor fan, microwave, combined fridge-freezer ...) is at your disposal.
You will enjoy two sunny terraces overlooking a beautiful walled garden equipped with sun loungers and a table with eight chairs. A Weber barbecue and table tennis are at your disposal as well as four bicycles (and an electric bike rental if you wish) that will allow you to enjoy the many bike paths in the Arcachon basin.
The very quiet area is ideally placed because close to the Dune du Pyla, ocean beaches, beaches of the basin (Perreire, beaches of Arcachon) and Lake Cazaux. To do your shopping, you can stroll on the beautiful market of La Teste de Buch 15 minutes walk or enjoy the small shopping center Miquelots (Intermarché, bakery, press ...) located 2 minutes from the house.

Excellent séjour dans maison très agréable

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et très propre , on s'y sent bien ! Idéalement située aux départs des pistes cyclables pour visiter la région, dans un quartier calme et reposant avec son jardin bien aménagé et sa belle terrasse pour les repas! Tout est pensé pour passer un bon séjour en famille ! Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants! un petit clin d'œil pour Kiwi notre compagnon de séjour adorable !

Très agréable location

Excellent séjour! La maison est bien située pour visiter la région. Son aménagement est pratique et fonctionnel. La belle surprise a été la richesse de la bibliothèque, tant pour les enfants (BDs et mangas) que pour les grands. Son jardin soigné permet de déjeuner, diner, ou encore de se détendre au calme.

Sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter.

Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Tolle Strände sind sowohl mit dem Fahrrad wie mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Würden in dem Haus und in der Region jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen!

Maison idéale pour une famille avec 3 enfants. Propriétaires charmants, maison magnifique, très bien équipée, conforme à la description dans un quartier très calme, emplacement idéal au pied des pistes cyclables. Plein de jeux de sociétés, de livres et de bd pour les enfants et les adultes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la propriété de Mr et Mme Gorin que nous remercions pour leur accueil.

Beau séjour sur le bassin

Belle maison avec toutes les commodités, au calme et près des commerces. Les propriétaires sont très agréable et disponible. Le petit plus c'est la mise à disposition de vélos, ce qui permet de laisser sa voiture et de profiter des voies cyclables. Je recommande cette location.

Très agréable séjour dans le bassin d'Arcachon

Nous sommes venus en famille avec nos 3 enfants. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et moderne. Elle est au calme et on ne manque de rien. Même si elle est située dans les terres, on peut rejoindre les plages très facilement. Les propriétaires étaient au petits soins et nous ont laissés 4 vélos. Comme il y a des pistes cyclables partout, même avec des enfants un peu plus jeunes, aucun problème pour faire des balades. Plusieurs boulangeries à proximité. Bref, nous nous sommes bien reposés et recommandons vivement cette location.
