Great appartement in a charming small village (Perledo) above Varenna.Super clean, comfortable, excellent beds, the appartment looks brand new and you feel it home very quickly. The owner provides a lot of information before the arrival and was very reactive as we had a couple of questions during the stay. The only issue we had was the 4h time limit for the parking nearby which prevents you from letting the car the whole day (and parking in Varenna is very difficult during summertime)...Access to the undergrand parking attached to the condo would be a great plus! Highly recommended rental!

With regards to parking, a solution to avoid the situation in Varenna, is to drive to Bellano and take the boat from there. This allows you to avoid the queues at Varenna's port and the difficulty related to parking, which has been exacerbated this year by the works on the railway in preparation for the Winter Olympics. Having said that, the area of the underground parking will undergo some works this autumn and will be available to guests as of next year. We hope to be able to welcome you back in the future. Mary

Balcon avec superbe vue

Localisé dans les hauteurs, superbe vue depuis le balcon. Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé pour 3. Place de parking et supérette a côté. Chemin de rando qui passe juste dessous la résidence.On peut rejoindre le port facilement a pied, à condition d'être en bonne condition physique, sinon il faut la voiture.Pas de clim (séjour avec températures caniculaires).Propreté moyenne serviettes qui sentent l'humidité et drap taché.J'y retournerai sans souci tout de même.
