Outside there's off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear patio, furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 1.5 miles you will find a shop and a pub. To the western side of the Blackdown Hills you will find another market town, Honiton also holds much charm along with a museum and an art gallery.
