Charming, renovated apartment with big balcony!
Bright, spacious and newly renovated apartment with AC in a cozy and calm area. Ideally located with 3 minutes walk to the beach and walking to the old port of Cannes takes 15 minutes. It consists of a large living / dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with separate toilet. A lot of free parkings in the area and good bus connections that allows you to visit the region and have easy access to Nice airport.
The apartment has a big balcony heading south with entrance from kitchen, living room and bedroom and offers a relaxing view over the neighborhood.
