Welcome to Villa Binife, a spacious haven of elegance and comfort surrounded by nature. Distributed on two levels, this villa has been designed to offer large, bright and perfectly equipped spaces for a relaxing stay at any time of the year. It has 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom suite with private jacuzzi, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The villa has a living room and winter kitchen, as well as an outdoor area with summer kitchen. Outside you will find an infinity pool, terrace and garden. In addition, it has an indoor heated pool and an exercise area, and also has private parking to ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests.



The property offers a baby crib and high chair at no additional cost, available upon request. The use of the heated swimming pool requires prior request at least 14 days in advance and entails an additional cost. Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the total amount of the reservation. The cost is 2,20 per person per day, according to the current regulations in the Balearic Islands (except for children under 16 years old).

Villa Binife is located just a few minutes walk from the village of Alaior. In just 8 10 minutes walk, you will have access to supermarkets, stores, bars and local restaurants, allowing you to enjoy essential services without the need for a vehicle. The ideal means of transport to get around the island will depend on your preferences and the activities you plan to do during your stay. From our experience, we recommend the use of a private vehicle to move around more comfortably and flexibly, especially if you wish to visit remote coves, visit different beaches or explore the island at your own pace. However, if you prefer to travel by public transport, you can check updated routes and timetables on the official island transport site, mou tmenorca, which connects the main towns and some of the most popular beaches on the island.
