This very pleasant big house has 5 bedrooms (1 master suite, 3 double beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds), 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a pantry, a large living space, a huge terrace with garden furniture, a pool, a garden with lawn and a wonderful sea view. The house directly opens onto the Cami de Cavalls and is not overlooked. Cupboards, fans in all bedrooms, barbecue, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven and electric cooker. For winter: heating in all bedrooms and fireplaces (in winter) in the living room and the master bedroom. The house is very well located: 5 minutes on foot from a rocky cove, 10 minutes on foot from the large white sandy beach of the bay of Arenal d’en Castell, 5 minutes on foot from a minimarket (from April to November), 20 minutes on foot (or 5 minutes by car) from a supermarket and 5 minutes from a bus stop to Mahon. Le rent includes the sheets and bath towels as well as the final cleaning.

Beautiful home

We had a group of 10 staying here and it was amazing. The house is so beautiful and in such a great location. There’s a market just a block away and the beach is less than a 5 min walk. I couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Fantastic villa

Fantastic villa, absolutely nothing to critique. Great location, lovely and clean and quiet property with everything we needed. Great communication with the owner over a small problem which was solved quickly. We loved it and would like to return!

Girlfriends long weekend

Very spacious traditional Menorcan villa, outdoor area was very peaceful with a distant slight sea view. The location was very good. close to really well stocked reasonably priced supermarket. Walking distance to Sandy beech, casual pizzeria and an amazing beech bar. Everyone so friendly.

This is a fantastic villa, great gardens and pool. Location is perfect with views to the sea however it really needs a/c in the bedrooms. Fans only move the hot air around plus they are noisy. Did expect a maid service half way through the 9 night holiday to change towels etc but did not happen.

Thanks Ian for your feedback. It's very important for me to improve guest experience. About cleaning at mid-stay, sorry you didn't notice that it wasn't included. If you have sent a message, even once in Menorca, I could have organized it. Next time, for longer stay I'll ask the guest about it. About a/c, we are thinking about it. Everything is ready to for installation, but we hesitate as it implies to keep windows closed. I think that firstly we'll buy new fans, more efficient and more silent. One more time, thank you very for your valuable feedback.

Another wonderful stay!!

Our second stay at this beautiful villa. We visited 5yrs prior and it was exactly how we remembered it! Beautiful big villa with a stunning pool and picturesque outside views. Perfect location for our young families. Beach close by and restaurants on the doorstep. We enjoyed the local Italian for take aways to enjoy at the villa and also enjoyed the local restaurants for lunches and dinners. The owner Lawrence is very accommodating and allowed us to check in early due to an early flight. We had a water issue during our stay and the pool level reduced but the manager got straight on it and sent over someone to fix it within a couple of hours. We enjoyed talking to him as he actually built the villa. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We plan to come back again with friends. Thank you again!

Well located spacious villa

We had a really lovely week. Three generations stayed. The villa is extremely spacious and perfect for larger groups. There is plenty of space for living and dining and the kitchen is very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the huge shaded terrace for all our dining and relaxing, especially given the very hot weather we experienced. The villa is very well located and a short walk to the cove, beach, shops and a couple of bars and restaurants. There is a games cupboard with playing cards, boule and scrabble amongst other things. We appreciated the lovely wrap - around garden and found the location very peaceful. The view towards the sea is beautiful. The gardener visited whilst we were there and was very discrete and courteous. The only negative comment we have is the bad odour from the drains/swimming pool that others have mentioned. We think this might need looking into. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Ein älteres Haus in guter Lage. Wenn der muffige Geruch aus Schubladen u.Schränken nicht gewesen wäre, kühlende Klimaanlagen für ruhige Nächte ohne Mücken gesorgt hätten, Duschköpfe mit normalem Strahl, stehendes Wasser in einer Dusche, eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden gewesen wäre, hätte es ein angenehmer Urlaub werden können. Die Sauberkeit in den Kühlschränken ließ auch sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Je suis très surprise par votre commentaire. Vous m'avez écrit dès votre arrivée car vous étiez insatisfaite et vous réclamiez une réduction sur la location. La maison venait d'être nettoyée entièrement. Afin de vous satisfaire nous avons livré des nouvelles poêles, ... vous n'avez parlé d'autres problèmes. Dommage que vous n'ayez pas apprécié la maison et son emplacement exceptionnel. Bonne chance pour vos prochaines vacances.

Location location location

The layout of the villa is perfect for a large group, plenty of space , enough bathrooms, an amazing outside terrace (even in an occasional rain shower) and a lovely garden that wraps around the entire Villa. It is at the end of a short road so absolutely no noise, you can see the sea in the distance and the most amazing beach is minutes away on foot. Me and my friends and family loved every minute of our stay and Laurence made the booking experience such a pleasure in what has been uncertain times.

Millones de hormigas

La ubicación espectacular, la casa muy chula y amplia, aunque si le vendría bien un a utilización, Sábanas, cubierto, cazuelas muy usadas. Los peor las hormigas nos pasamos todo el día matando con insecticida por todos los rincones de la casa. Aun teniendo la casa limpia de comida y contratamos limpieza dos días en una semana.... era imposible deshacerse de las hormigas. Otro punto negativo no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque los sabíamos pero yo creo que es necesario, demadioncalos en las habitaciones.

A Wonderful beautiful stay!

We had the most amazing holiday at Villa Sucratin! Right from the very start of booking to checkout the owner Laurence was fantastic and provided excellent customer service! He was friendly and very helpful! As it was our first holiday abroad travelling with a toddler, and also travelling with our friends and 2 more babies we were all very anxious about having everything we needed. We did not need to worry as Laurence was able to provide all the essentials and gave us a contact so that we could have some shopping bought for us for when we arrived which was handy! Transfer was very short, again great for little ones! The villa was beautifully decorated and was very well looked after. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The pool and outside area was perfect and the views were stunning! We could see the sea from the veranda! Perfectly situated, we were a short walk from the local shop and the beach. The beach was also great for families and had plenty of restaurants on the sea front. We had a little Italian a couple of minutes away from the villa that we used quite a lot for take away lunches and dinners! Perfect for when dining in at the villa in the evening with little ones sleeping! We would love to come back and thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a carefree and relaxing holiday!

Une maison conviviale et chaleureuse

Nous avons passé quelques jours au mois d'avril dans cette magnifique maison. Nous étions 2 familles avec un total de 5 enfants. La maison est spacieuse et confortable, nous n'étions pas les uns sur les autres. Elle est bien équipée et fonctionnelle, et très bien décorée (critère important pour moi ;-) ). Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine à cause du temps un peu frais. Mais les enfants se sont quand même jetés à l'eau. Du coup, un peu frustrés, nous aimerions revenir à une autre période pou bien en profiter !! Par rapport à d'autres villages que nous avons visité ou traversé, nous avons trouvé à Arenal 2 supermarchés ouverts et "un peu" de monde. D'autres endroits sont quasi déserts à cette époque de l'année (Son Parc par exemple). Cependant, c'était très agréable d'avoir certaines plages pour nous tous seuls. Je recommande cette maison et pense y revenir à la fin de l'été ou début de l'automne !

Perfect for large family group.

This villa was set in beautiful garden with amazing sea view. Very peaceful. House itself is spacious, equipped with everything you could need and all on one level. Particularly appreciated the large covered terrace for eating and relaxing outdoors even when raining. Lovely pool with steps but need to be very careful with small children. We didn't bother with car hire for the week and found everything we needed close by. Loved the local pizza restaurant which also does takeaway. Beach was gorgeous and perfect for small children being easily accessible, shallow, sandy and safe. Boardwalk made it easy to walk along to shops and restaurants. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable holiday for all three generations. Thank you Laurence.

Lovely spacious villa tucked away in a peaceful spot but close to amenities, beach, walking.

Fantastic seaside location for any large family with children!

Our family decided to have a family reunion in Menorca and the villa was very comfortable for 8 people. We enjoyed the proximity to Arenal d'en Castal, beautiful white sandy beach, not a lot of waves perfect for children. We could walk to the corner mini mart easily. There is also a nearby playground for the children to play when they are not swimming. The home had every thing we needed, coffee machines, dishwasher, and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. The home was very comfortable and clean overall.

Una casa 10

Villa Sucratin es una casa preciosa, en una sola planta, muy bien decorada, con un porche y jardín con piscina muy agradables y con unas vistas hacia el mar increíbles, especialmente por que se ve el amanecer sobre el mar. La recomiendo sin ninguna duda. La casa se encuentra a 2 minutos andando de un supermercado y una gran playa, además de estar pegada al camino que bordea la costa de Menorca. La urbanización tiene varios restaurantes, aunque de calidad media. Para salir a cenar es mas agradable desplazarse a Fornells, que está a 15 minutos en coche.

Inmejorable!!! Un sueño!!!

Una preciosa casa en un entorno realmente increíble. Hemos pasado 9 días de ensueño en esta villa en la que desde el primer momento te sientes como en casa. La vista desde el jardín y el porche es realmente especial. Todo en la casa es cómodo y está hecho con enorme gusto. Una casa tradicional con todas las comodidades.Un absoluto 10!

Parfait pour les familles, vue magnifique et calme

Cette maison est géniale : très bien située, très bien équipée, très calme. Elle a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de très bonnes vacances à Minorque. La propriétaire a donné plein de bons conseils sur la maison et toute l'île. Le contact avant, pendant et après la location a été très agréable. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner et recommanderons cette maison à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer de superbes vacances à Minorque.

After spending 3 weeks of holiday in Minorca in summer, we went back in April. We fell in love with this island, its preserved landscapes and the kindness of its inhabitants.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The views from the house are incredible and you can enjoy them from the huge shaded terrace and from the pool. The house is in a quiet setting yet around 100 m from the wonderful beach of Arenal d’en Castell and its tourist activities. For teenagers who want to be independent, there are also buses passing a few metres away from the house. Finally, a minimarket and supermarkets are very close. The house is also very practical.
