A walk through of this prime 2 bedroom/2 bath 2nd and 3rd story level condo with a queen sleeper sofa discloses a large bedroom with a king size bed on the right when you walk in the front door. A stairwell on the left side of the front door leads to the 3rd story Master bedroom with a King Size bed and an immaculate view across a 4-window wall and a large Master bathroom with an oversize garden tub w/sunroof to the right side of the stairs. This is a great tub for a warm soothing bubble bath. A few steps into the condo on the right side past the bedroom is the bathroom with a large oval shaped jacuzzi tub and shower. Continuing down the hallway is the fully equipped granite counter top kitchen w/gas stove and stainless appliances on the right just past the bathroom. Directly in front of you is a very comfortable living room/dining room area which opens up just past the kitchen bar. The living/dining area unveils a wall-to- wall glass patio door with an unwinding view of the sunrise over Lake Conroe waters. The living/dining room exhibits a little bit of Texas history on the wall for those of you that have never been to this great and beautiful state. Whether it is business or pleasure this is our place for you to stay when you come to the Houston/Conroe/Willis, Texas area.

Having owned several vacation rentals myself, I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and well-prepared everything was. This was our fourth stay at this condo. We absolutely love it. They have made sure to have everything we need for our stay. They even provided worms for fishing and a bottle of wine chilled in the fridge when we arrived. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The heater in the bathroom is wonderful when you are stepping out of the shower. Fishing off the balcony is the icing on the cake! It was a beautiful weekend! My husband caught two catfish this time. Sometimes it is hit and miss with fishing. But either way we always enjoy our stay at this condo. I need to mention the restaurant on the property! The Wave never has disappointed! The food is great, it comes out right off the stove. Every meal we have had has been excellent with a fantastic view of the water! We will be back soon!!

So enjoyed seating on the balcony and enjoying the lake views. Beautiful sunrise!! The grandchildren really enjoyed being able to fish from the balcony. Just bring your clothes and snacks! This condo has everything you need! I was very impressed with everything. The heater in the bathroom was amazing! Everything was labeled and the inventory list helped a lot! We caught so many fish! Big ones!! Right off the balcony! You can’t beat that! We will be back as soon as we can get back out there!!

This rental is so great. The host has all your needs ready for you. You can fish from the balacony and it is so relaxing to have your morning coffee out there. The wave resturant is right behind you where the kids can swim whilr you wait for Crawlfish. We will be back!

Perfect girls weekend spot

We loved the condo for a girls weekend trip. Everything was clearly labeled and stocked. The porch was amazing to drink coffee and enjoy the lake. Beds were comfortable. Owners were kind and caring as they messaged us to let us know we were under a severe weather alert. They also immediately responded when I had an issue with the door lock (user error…lol) Would highly recommend!

Perfect! Beautiful and relaxing! The condo was a great get away for our family to gather and celebrate my sister's 80th birthday! Everyone was mesmerized by the beauty and comfort inside and out. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises across the balcony, sunsets behind us and relaxed with the waters lapping at the base of the condo below us. Many delighted in fishing from the balcony with rods and worms provided. There was a wedding at The Wave one night and we got to see fireworks over the water. The owners detailed list of provisions was a great help and they responded quickly when I reached out to them.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Seven Coves area for many years using a time share we have. We love it more and more each time we come up here. In fact we love it so much we started searching to see what was for sale around here and finally found this place. We were so excited to see we could have a place of our own and we also have the opportunity to share it with others.

What makes this property unique

We have been traveling domestically and internationally for years and found that others did not have some of the things that we always wanted when we stayed at vacation homes like ours. We decided we wanted to have the things at our property that we could not get elsewhere. When you travel to other vacation homes you often have to rent things like tennis rackets, basketballs, and fishing gear. We will provide this for you to use free while you are here. We also found that others didn't have things to cook with like spices and cooking spray, aluminum foil or a crock pot. We provide these items for your convenience. Other things that we provide are shampoo and soaps. Today it is difficult to travel with these items so we now provide them for you.
