Stylish Lake Conroe Waterfront Townhouse

Newly updated townhouse in Walden on Lake Conroe community. Our home features the following:
*Two upstairs master bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms, featuring queen beds and full-sized closets in each. One bedroom has its own balcony and seating area, and the other has an extra futon. The property can sleep 5 guests.
*Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Small appliances included, along with dishes, utensils, and pots/pans.
*Weber charcoal grill, full-size washer/dryer, wood burning fireplace, and flat screen TV with Suddenlink cable and Wifi.
*Private parking in front of the unit.

Walden on Lake Conroe is a golf and tennis community. With your rental, an access card will allow you to enjoy the following amenities:
*Walden Tennis And Fitness Center, both located in the same complex and a short distance away. Work out, and/or take a tennis lesson from a pro.
*Walden Yacht Club and Swimming Pool/playground. Experience fine dining within walking distance of the townhouse. Relax at the large pool and have lunch delivered from the grill. Enjoy a fabulous view of the lake.
*The Walden boat ramp is located approx. 1 mile from the property. The key card allows you access through the locked gate. Launch your boat and take the water back to the property. Tie your boat to the bulkhead throughout your stay, and enjoy the convenience of accessing your boat anytime!
**Golf at the Walden course is not included, but an excellent public course La Toretta Del Lago is a short distance away.
**If you want to rent watercraft, the Walden Marina is adjacent to the townhouse community and within walking distance.

Fish and swim in the cove. Patio doors lead to a shaded wooden deck and waterfront bulkhead. Walking trails and wildlife abound. Head west on Highway 105 and shop in historical downtown Montgomery and visit the winery. Head east on 105, and you will find a variety of restaurants on the water. Drive another 20 minutes to the Woodlands Mall.

Great townhouse!

The perfect townhouse to stay in on Lake Conroe, it’s very comfortable and nicely appointed. The home is located in the quiet Walden community and has great access to restaurants, etc. By far the best location on Lake Conroe. Make sure to dine at the Walden Yacht Club during your stay.

My husband and I have stayed at this VRBO for our third time this year.The host is AMAZING and always gives prompt responses to any questions that we may have. Also very kind and friendly.A few things are in need of updating but we always love our stay here and would highly recommend the property and the host!

Love the place and the cove

Kathy is an awesome host and we loved our stay. It’s a great condo with plenty of room inside and out. It really felt comfortable and Kathy was so accommodating. The tree over the patio provided shade in the afternoon. It was never too hot to sit outside. We parked our boat just out front for easy access to go fish and wakeboard/wake surfing etc. This was our 2nd stay in this Walden cove on a holiday weekends. Although it can be busy on a holiday weekend, we enjoy all the activity. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy, Comfortable Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and the space had everything we needed including lake floats! Great location for a fun getaway. No noise through the walls and very clean!

Such a great place!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The pictures do not do it justice. It is such a cute condo in a great location with access to awesome amenities. Kathy was so nice, quick to respond and made the check in/out process so easy. I was there for a conference and if we repeat the location, I will definitely be staying here!

On The Lake

Place was very comfortable and quiet; back yard view of Lake Conroe was great. Most of our business was in The Woodlands which was 30 miles away but we found a non-congested back was on McCaleb Street off Hwy 105. Neighbors were very friendly.

Perfect place to celebrate our twins 11th birthday!

This property was beautiful. It was a very relaxing week. My husband, our twin boys and my father in law enjoyed the week we spent here. We spent several days relaxing poolside and having lunch at the Breakwater Grille. Everyone was very friendly. It was close enough that we were able to go down to the Space Center for a day. I would definitely stay at this property again if we are ever back in the area. Kathy was very accommodating and answered all the questions we had before coming to the area.

Amazing townhouse!

Everything was amazing about our entire stay, from booking the reservation, communication with Kathy, checking in and checking out. We were thoroughly impressed with Kathy’s hospitality and her amazing space. She thought of every detail a traveler might need and was very responsive. The townhouse was decorated so perfectly, was in a fabulous location and would definitely love to return! We had an amazing stay!

Our temporary home

We sold our home but our new home was not completed. This was our interim housing solution. We didn't realize it would be such a gift to us! The townhome is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The area is quite, even tranquil. The neighbors are respectful and friendly. The owner, Kathy, is great and accommodating. We are thankful for Kathy and the memories we made during our extended stay in her townhome.

Wonderfully decorated townhouse!

We enjoyed our almost three week stay at Kathy’s townhouse at Walden on Lake Conroe. Kathy was great to work with and very accommodating. The only negative had nothing to do with the townhouse, but with the distance to my sister’s house with whom we spent time each day which was 21 miles away on the NW side of Conroe. I would recommend staying at Kathy’s townhouse, especially if you have a boat & plan on lake activities.
