The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto). The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bath/WC as well as air conditioning. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A second bath/WC serves this area of the property. The terrace, accessible from both the living area and the kitchen, is equipped with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, and offers stunning views of the sea, the mountains, and the swimming pool.
