The living and dining area forms the heart of the property, providing a welcoming and comfortable space for relaxation and meals, with direct access to the terrace and the shared swimming pool. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto). The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from its own private bath/WC as well as air conditioning. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A second bath/WC serves this area of the property. The terrace, accessible from both the living area and the kitchen, is equipped with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, and offers stunning views of the sea, the mountains, and the swimming pool.
