The space
This charming newly refurbished property offers a delightful seaside retreat for up to four guests. Set across a single floor, the house boasts a thoughtfully designed open plan layout, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The front room seamlessly blends with the living area, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind and there are steps up to the front door and that the driveway is loose pebbles.
As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by panoramic sea views that can be enjoyed from the front room sitting by the log burner. The large windows allow natural light to flood the space. The interior design of the property has been carefully curated to reflect the coastal theme, ensuring a high standard of aesthetics and comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen, conveniently integrated into the open plan design, offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area, providing a cozy space for enjoying meals with family or friends while taking in the beautiful sea views.
The property features two bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful retreat. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes and dressers, allowing ample storage space for your belongings.
For added convenience, a separate utility room is located outside the house. This utility room houses washing and cleaning facilities, ensuring that your stay remains hassle-free and comfortable.

2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.
We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
