Away from the busy area of Cannes , our studio is ideally located in a parc with 100+ years trees and flowers. A convenient parking is just in front of the apartment with a round table under the trees.
Situated in the back of the building it's allowing some privacy .
Cannes is the ideal place to spend a warm winter during the low season and enjoy the beach during the high season. It's old town is a wonderful walk , so many restaurants to choose from.
Convenient from the nice Airport, the second largest airport own France, it is only a 20min ride to reach our property .
