The Butterfly Studio, Nerja center, perfect for 1 person in winter time!
The studio has about 45 square meters, south facing and with a furnished terrace for dining or lunch outdoors. The space is very bright due not only to its orientation but also to the large glass window that opens up to the terrace.
The space is very versatile, it can be converted into a bedroom at night, a living room during the day and even create your own workspace!
Very well furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It highlights the excellent location to walk to all the beaches of Nerja, the Balcón de Europa, Plaza de los Cangrejos, Plaza de España... it will not take you more than 2 minutes walking. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets...everything at hand!!
As a complement, the building has an elevator, community pool and garden and common parking area.

Ideal for long stays in autumn and winter.
