2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor apartment within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and transport.
This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is set within the small Ocean Point complex. Situated just 100 meters from a range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets and a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach.
The apartment is beautifully furnished with air conditioning throughout.
The bright lounge opens out onto a covered South West facing partly covered terrace, perfect for outdoor living and al fresco dining. A spiral staircase leads to a large roof-top terrace equipped with sun loungers for enjoying the all day sun and panoramic views.
Fibre optic WIFI and a smart TV are provided.
This apartment also comes with a private underground garage space.
A superb apartment - ideal for holidays for all age groups.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement -75⏠per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A âŹ50 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of âŹ20 for a 1 bedroom property, âŹ40 for a 2 bedroom property and âŹ60 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over â please ask for details.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
