Our 2700 sq foot home is located in the Winding Cypress Community in Naples, FL. This is RESORT STYLE LIVING at its finest! This beautiful, open floor plan home was built spring 2021. Master bedroom, bunk room, 3rd bedroom, 4th bedroom and laundry room are all conveniently located on the main floor. Completely open up the sliding doors off the dining room for indoor/outdoor liming. Just off the dining room is the private heated SALT WATER pool and hot tub that overlooks the pond and preserve. The lanai has large table (with gas fire) and chairs, comfy outdoor seating area, lounge chairs and gas grill. Pool toys and life jackets are yours to enjoy. Watch your favorite show or sporting event on the outdoor 43" TV. The main floor living room has a 65" TV with a couch and love seat that both have reclining head/feet rests and a glider chair. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55" TV and attached bathroom (with shower and soaker tub) and also dual sinks. The upstairs is a private get-away that has a couch, double chair and 75" TV, full bathroom and a private bedroom with a queen bed and closet.

We chose to build in the this area because of the LOCATION. 10 minute drive to Marco Island. Close to many shops and restaurants. Naples and Vanderbilt Beaches are also close. We love having the option of swimming at the house and having personal space OR heading to the the amazing resort pool that has all the amenities (pool with waterfall, hot tub, sand area with cabana's, bocce ball, tennis, fitness room etc). There is also a restaurant and bar at the pool area.
