Beautifully upgraded 4 Bdrm 2 bath main house and an adu we call the cabana, that festures 1 full bathroom and kitchen for a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Incredible resurfaced heated pool and spa. Enjoy jetted spa under the stars while watching the beautiful light shows in the pool. Lovely landscaping. Ample parking, bicycles and kayaks available. Only 2 miles to the beach and 1 mile to downtown on your way to the beach. We have 11 beds and Sleeps 17 quite comfortably and can always put someone on the couch. This is the perfect home for large family gatherings, only affordable house in Naples to sleep so many guests!

I really recommend this house! The property has plenty space than can accommodate a big family like mine plus it really is a beautiful house. It has everything you may need. Nice neighborhood. And the hosts were amazing and always pending of anything that we may need. Again it is a five stars property.

Family Celebration

Just Wonderful !! We rented this property with my adult children, young grandchildren, and my brothers for a surprise birthday party for my 80 year old parents. (Who live down the street) the home was spotless, welcoming and well equipped with everything you need. The out door area with pool and hot tub was perfect, we really enjoyed it. Plenty of room to spread out. Multiple places to sleep. Property manager was very responsive to any questions and took the time to see how we were doing. We would 100% rent again!! Thank you for the place to stay and have our family celebration!!!

Hot Hose-Indifferent Host

Location and layout were not the best, but we already knew by studying the map and the pictures online. What we were not ready for was a house with poor insulation and air conditioning that stays at 83 degrees until 9 p.m. and 78 throughout the night. The host was responsive at first and provided common sense tips that we as Floridians know: keep exterior doors closed, -interior door open, -curtains down, etc. They did not help at all! We ended up using only 3 rooms out of 5 for a group of 12 people (2 rooms with a dedicated AC unit, and one on the east side that is close to the main Air Handler), losing our privacy and comfort for a miserable stay. The host stopped replying to my messages the very first day, after realizing how our vacation was ruined.

My name is Karrie and my husband Todd and I own several properties. I have been in property management for over 10 years. I started in the vacation rental business July 2021 and I love it. I love making people happy and assisting in making their vacation as wonderful as possible.

Why they chose this property

This is a very unique one of a kind property. There are no other properties like Plumeria House in Naples. Very private backyard with heated pool and spa. There’s a bonus edu-“Cabana” as my late mother called it. The cabana has been completely rebuilt in the past few years and offers additional private space for large parties, it has a full size bed and a twin trundle bed to sleep 4 guests total. The main house is 4 bdrms 2 bathrooms and the cabana is the 5th Bdrm and 3rd bath, there’s even an outdoor shower!

What makes this property unique

This house sleeps 17 people comfortably, the layout is spacious. The heated pool has been completely rebuilt. A property that sleeps 18 people for under $500 a night is unheard of in Naples.
