Our home is conveniently located in Totton, the West of Southampton and has an easy route into the City Centre and into the Heart of the New Forest.



You will have access to our team 24/7. You will be provided with contact information for your host, available during the day, as well as our 24-hour on call service in case of emergencies.

The living room features a sofa and 1 sofa bed which folds out to a double bed, smart TV, and side tables.

Kitchen & Dining area
The open kitchen diner is perfect for socializing and enjoying meals together, equipped with all the essentials including a 4-burner electric stove, double oven, microwave, pots, and a fridge with a freezer. Additionally, it comes complete with silverware and glassware, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.

The dining table can seat 6 people, the floor-to-ceiling bifold patio doors flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy inside-outside living.
Venture outside through the bifold patio doors for al fresco dining or enjoy soaking up the sunshine in the enclosed garden.

All our beds are dressed with luxurious 200 thread count cotton linen.

THE BATHROOMS
We take pride in our two full-size bathrooms, one is equipped with a bathtub & a shower, primary room has the ensuite shower. There's also a downstairs toilet for added convenience.

There's also private parking on the drive which can fit 4 vehicles and free on-street parking.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we collect ID and Damage Deposit to know our guest.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable £25 damage waiver.

Additional guests over 4 are charged at a rate of £15 per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided.
A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost.
Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost but subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
