Villa Zinnibiri is located in the Residence of Porto Sa Ruxi, it is about 150 meters from the famous beach and enjoys panoramic views from its veranda and from inside the house via glass window in the living room. The house has 3 rooms on 2 levels on the first level living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, twin or double room (as needed, bathroom. On the second level, double room and room with bunk beds, bathroom.

Exterior with equipped veranda, barbecue and outdoor shower. The house has private parking and water supply. The residence has a communal swimming pool and tennis court for residents for a fee. The beach offers bar service and umbrella and boat rentals. The house has air conditioning, washing machine, and satellite TV.

There is also the possibility of renting American coffee machine, water kettle, babysitting and midweek cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.
