Indoor heated pool (shared with other properties on-site, closed) with shower facilities and changing facilities. Sauna (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the grounds.. This 14ft wide caravan is uniquely positioned on a corner plot, offering more space than standard units. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan living, kitchen, and diner, a fantastic social hub for your stay. The living area boasts free-standing furniture, including a cosy three-seater sofa and a comfortable armchair, complemented by an electric fire and a Smart TV. French doors open onto a decked terrace, where you can enjoy a partial sea view and the fresh coastal air. The terrace is perfect for dining al fresco, allowing you to savour meals outdoors while basking in the serene surroundings. In the evening, unwind with a drink and watch the stunning sunsets.

Down the hallway, the spacious master bedroom awaits, featuring a stylish double bed, dressing table, stool, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom offers twin beds and plenty of storage. The family bathroom includes a large shower cubicle, toilet, basin, and heated towel rail. Outside, there’s private parking for two cars. Nestled within the holiday complex, this holiday home offers easy access to a plethora of amenities and activities.

From a heated indoor pool and sauna to sports and leisure facilities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. There is a 16th-century coaching inn that offers an extensive menu in its popular restaurant, and real ales in the covered and heated garden bar. Morecambe’s sandy beach and promenade boasts the iconic Midland Hotel, offering refined elegance, afternoon tea, and cocktails. Nearby, historic Lancaster beckons with its castle, Williamson Park, and Butterfly House. The lake district can also be reached in under an hour.
