Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Decking with terrce, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Indoor heated pool (shared with other properties on-site, closed) with shower facilities and changing facilities. Sauna (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the grounds.. This 14ft wide caravan is uniquely positioned on a corner plot, offering more space than standard units. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan living, kitchen, and diner, a fantastic social hub for your stay. The living area boasts free-standing furniture, including a cosy three-seater sofa and a comfortable armchair, complemented by an electric fire and a Smart TV. French doors open onto a decked terrace, where you can enjoy a partial sea view and the fresh coastal air. The terrace is perfect for dining al fresco, allowing you to savour meals outdoors while basking in the serene surroundings. In the evening, unwind with a drink and watch the stunning sunsets.
Down the hallway, the spacious master bedroom awaits, featuring a stylish double bed, dressing table, stool, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom offers twin beds and plenty of storage. The family bathroom includes a large shower cubicle, toilet, basin, and heated towel rail. Outside, there’s private parking for two cars. Nestled within the holiday complex, this holiday home offers easy access to a plethora of amenities and activities.
From a heated indoor pool and sauna to sports and leisure facilities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Children will delight in the indoor soft play area and outdoor playground, while adults can unwind in the brand-new sports bar or enjoy weekend entertainment at the show bar. There are laundry facilities on site. Additionally, park facilities are available for ten months of the year (closed Dec and Jan), ensuring plenty of opportunities for relaxation and adventure. Passes for these facilities are available from reception for a small charge.
Heysham village (within 10 minutes drive), dates back to Viking times and boasts a delightful maze of winding lanes and picturesque cottages. There is a 16th-century coaching inn that offers an extensive menu in its popular restaurant, and real ales in the covered and heated garden bar. Morecambe’s sandy beach and promenade boasts the iconic Midland Hotel, offering refined elegance, afternoon tea, and cocktails. Nearby, historic Lancaster beckons with its castle, Williamson Park, and Butterfly House. The lake district can also be reached in under an hour.
