Welcome to our lovely newly renovated apartment (Jan 2024), right by the famous Amstel river. Situated in a peaceful courtyard, this spacious and bright apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This luxurious apartment offers a blend of comfort and convenience, perfect for a work trip or a leisurely stay in the beautiful city. Featuring high-speed WiFi, it's ideal for those who need to stay connected or work remotely, making it a true home away from home. The minimum stay is 7 nights, ensuring you have ample time to enjoy all the amenities this apartment has to offer.

With a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open living/dining area, a bathroom complete with a separate shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and two inviting bedrooms, one of which features a convenient desk setup, this apartment has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Step outside the bedrooms to find a charming backyard, perfect for relaxation.

Parking (please read!)
You have the option to park your car right in front of the apartment, but please let me know in advance so I can confirm availability, as there are limited spots shared among multiple apartments. Extra charger apply. Alternatively, public parking is available, although it can be pricey. Another cost-effective option is parking further away for free and using public transport to reach the apartment. Let me know your preference, and I'll assist you accordingly.

The apartment was lovely and the host was very kind, accommodating, and responsive. The location was amazing - across the street from the Amstel river, close to shops and public transport which was very easy to use. We had a wonderful week in Amsterdam!

Amsterdam for over a month

I had the best time staying at this VRBO. It was clean and I always felt safe in the location. It was very walkable. I would love to come back some day! Highly recommend. (The only feedback I have is that I extended my stay and two people showed up on random days to clean so there needs to be better communication within the cleaning team and property management.)

Perfect place to enjoy this great city

We were so lucky to stay at Arild’s apartment. The space is modern and comfortable and clean and quiet and SUPER-convenient. Nice appliances including a cute pod coffee-maker AND a large air-fryer (!); well-stocked kitchen;easy-to-operate electronic door lock; plenty of good hot water for showers; some good streaming channels on the TV in the evenings, and like I said: SO wonderfully located—steps from the canals and the Metro and an Albert Hein grocery store—lovely walks in every direction. We felt like locals for a week. Only complaint: the mirrors are all a bit high for a shortie like me!

Very quiet spot

While the centre of Amsterdam was easily accessible our place was in a very quiet neighbourhood. We did have a problem with the dishwasher but the landlord had plumber come in and fix it. The bed was very comfortable and we had Prime available on the TV. With 7 days transport pass we easily travelled to all of the locations that we wanted.Most of the communication was via text messaging which appeared to be very effective.

We have a fabulous week's stay at Arild’s fantastic apartment. The location was perfect within Amsterdam, not too central, to be noisy (in fact it was incredibly quiet) and not too distant to be an issue. The centre is easily walkable or just a few stops on the Metro, with a five-minute walk to the station.The apartment was clean and excellently equipped, with a well-stocked kitchen that included crockery, cutlery, and utensils. The washing machine and tumble dryer were a blessing also on our extended trip.The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of other furniture to lounge on during the stay.The toilet (separate) and bathroom/shower room were also excellent.Also, I loved the electronic access, which eliminated the need to worry about carrying keys on our days out.We had a lovely stay and look forward to returning soon.

Semaine familiale de fin d'année 2024 à Amsterdam.

Très agréable sejour familial en cette fin d'année 2024. Une famille de quatre personnes peut y passer un heureux moment ! La prestation proposée pour cet appartement était parfaite, mais justifiée par le prix élevé de la location.Les points forts de l'appartement d'Arild étaient: la propreté, l'équipement de la cuisine, l'emplacement près de l'Amstel et le calme !!Nous recommandons fortement ce logement pour qui veut découvrir idéalement Amsterdam et ses environs !! Christine et Jacques.
