This 3 bedroom, top floor (elevator access) air conditioned luxury condo is 15 minutes from Disney and is located in a secure gated community. It is ideal for families. Newly decorated and refurbished (including new tiled floors and carpets, kitchen appliances and furniture) makes this condo a real 'home from home'

experience. New air conditioning and keyless door entry installed August 2016, new lounge furniture, lights and remote control fans installed, upgraded balcony with screen, new lighting and tiled floors July 2018. Further upgrades undertaken January 2020

Residents also have access to a shared swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, volleyball court, clubhouse and games room - all included in the price!

Sleeping 6 people comfortably, this condo has a master bedroom with walk-in closet and attached bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms (all with their own TV) and a family bathroom. The spacious open plan living and dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and a separate utility room (with washer and dryer) complete the home.

All bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided, along with cable TV and WiFi internet access.

The apartment was as described fully equipped with kitchen utensils the only thing was the lightening in the kitchen above the stove area could have been better what made it worse was the fact that the lights under the microwave didn't work but apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone

The condo was so clean, the beds were very comfortable and it had a great layout for our family. Communication with Neil was extremely easy and we had zero issues during our stay. So much quieter than a hotel, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home to friends and family who are visiting the area.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was fantastic. We chose to stay here because we had planned to do a couple of days at disney. The location was great probably a 20 min drive from place to disney. Easy access to grocery store and restraunts. The place was clean and had everything we could need. Liked the fact that it was in a gated community. Neil was great to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and Peaceful

We had a wonderful stay in this clean and quiet apartment! My husband and I had stayed here before around Christmas, so we were happy to stay again with our friends in this very nice vacation getaway. The owners are great at communicating and very helpful. Best Terrace ridge stay

Very nice property especially for seniors. Quiet. Most of the residents are older and there are are many return guests. The condo itself is really beautiful decorated with beach motif and well kept. Would definitely recommend. Very responsive owner

First time booking a condo on VRBO.

This was a great place to stay from Dec 22 - Jan 2. We haven't been to Florida since Nov/Dec 2010. We've always booked a hotel but we wanted to try something new. Best decision we made because it was just like our own little apt. Very peaceful. Great area and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Enjoyed seeing the fireworks on New Years Eve from areas around our condo. My husband and I definitely would booked this place again.
