Villa with BBQ and heatable pool in Albufeira

Villa Agadir is an elegant and spacious residence located in a privileged area of Albufeira, near the bars, restaurants and entertainment area, but sufficiently sheltered to provide comfort and tranquillity. It is the perfect setting for family holidays, and is also an excellent option for small groups travelling together.



Upon entering the villa, you will be welcomed by a spacious and bright living room, with comfortable sofas and a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for moments of rest with family or friends. On this floor, there is also a guest toilet supporting the common areas and you will find a generous suite with a double bed and double sofa bed, equipped with a private bathroom with a bathtub, a practical and comfortable solution on this floor.



On the first floor there are three en suite bedrooms. One of the twin bedrooms has a bathroom with a shower base, whilst the remaining two suites, one with two single beds and another with a double bed, have a bathtub, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen, modern and functional, offers the perfect environment for preparing meals with ease and sharing good moments at the table, whether at breakfast or during a relaxed dinner.



On the outside, the private swimming pool (heated for an additional cost) invites you to take relaxing dips at any time of year. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, a dining area with a barbecue and a table tennis table, creating the ideal environment to make the most of sunny days.



The lower floor includes a garage with capacity for 3 parking spaces, providing greater convenience.



Villa Agadir brings together space, comfort and location in a single proposal, offering the perfect base for a relaxed holiday in the Algarve, close to all of Albufeira's attractions and its beautiful beaches.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival. There are some restrictions for group bookings.
