With free allocated parking this apartment offers the following accommodation: lounge / diner (with flat screen TV , sofa and arm chair, and even an electric piano), a quiet, furnished double bedroom with a King Sized bed, a modern shower room and a separate kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

This home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival.

Polefield House is a quiet block of apartments located an 11 minute walk from Cheltenham's famous Montpellier District which is home to many of it's best bars, restaurants and festivals.

Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary sachets of tea, coffee and sugar. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as oil, milk etc. if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you.

We also supply crisp white freshly laundered linen for the king sized bed along with 4 pillows. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with a shower mat in the shower room. Complimentary shower gel, hand soap and hand & body lotion is also provided along with toilet roll and a tea towel in the kitchen.

We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer then 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter then 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing.

Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability.
