Next to the living room, the dining room offers you a perfect space to share special moments with family and friends, and the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your favourite dishes with ease.



The villa has a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, for your comfort. Going up the stairs, you will find a second bedroom on the first floor, equipped with two single beds, perfect for children or friends.



Outside, enjoy spacious terrace areas, a private pool, garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can organise delicious outdoor meals.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
