Perfect for the holidays of a family or friends (max 5 people). The nearest beach is just 100m from the floor, and 3 other fantastic beaches are within a radius of less than 600m (see map and photos). The house is located on the first floor (without elevator), and has 91m² distributed as follows: two double bedrooms, one bedroom for one person, a dining room that sometimes serves as a living room (includes sofa, TV and chain music), two balconies, a full kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. The apartment also has a full bathroom, a toilet (toilet, sink) and washing machine. The house is fully furnished. Cot and child seat are available if requested. On the opposite side of the same building there is a good restaurant “L´Alba” where you can taste the traditional dishes of the Island.
