You have a pool that is just a hop & skip from the front door of the condo. Plenty of parking, boat trailer parking, and a boat slip you can see from the picture window of the Condo's livingroom. Boat launching ramp is near the Condo and is Free. Master bedroom has a King bed, doors leading to the patio, private master bath with walk in rain shower and seat, double granite vanity sink. Our second bedroom is wonderful with a comforable Queen bed, walk-in closet. Our third bedroom will let you rock n' roll, with its friendly theme with a double bed and an additional twin. Our Condo can accommodate 6 adults and 2 tots or 7 full size adults. Each bedroom features its own remote television for your streaming enjoyment. We have a 36' Flat screen for your viewing pleasure in the living room with a DVD player to watch movies...your own...or you can watch one from our selection. You also have a small stereo for your CD's. You’ll find magazines and reading material for adults & the children. Coloring books and selection of family friendly games. There is a washer and dryer for use in the Condo, iron & board, hair dryer in the master bathroom.

Enjoy fishing from the boardwalk at the Condo or swimming in the pool or lake. Go Golfing, mountain biking or hiking. Great Condo, Excellent Location, and the pictures really show how great it is!

We stayed for four days and wish we could have stayed longer!. Everything was well thought out and our hostess was very helpful. The condo was well furnished and stocked for our stay. The location was off of the beaten path which is just what we wanted. Even the neighbor were extremely pleasant to be around! I hope we have the opportunity to visit again, because it is definitely a great place to stay!

This property was great! Annette was wonderful to work with. The welcome basket was especially nice. Very clean, well maintained and in a great location. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rented a pontoon boat and spent the day on beautiful Lake Hamilton. Boated to Fisherman's Wharf for lunch. We would highly recommend this property.

Girls Week-End 2012

There were 6 women looking for a good place to relax, shop, and enjoy good food. This place provided all of that and more. We are all shop-a-holics so loved the Home Goods Store, TJMaxx, etc. The economy was boosted by the time we left. We loved the condo. It was very nicely decorated and comfortable with great access to shopping and good restaurants. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Love the condo and Annette

We had a great experience here. From the time of booking through the stay itself, Ms. Annette kept us informed and was very responsive to questions. The owners and Ms. Annette made it clear that they enjoy having guests here and made sure that we knew what was available at the condo, what was happening around town, etc. The condo is very clean and well kept. The instructions and things to do around town are well organized. We loved the back porch, fishing off the piers, and the neighbors were so friendly too. I would highly recommend this condo. Thanks for a great time!

What a LOVELY, BEAUTIFUL, well-equipped condo!

Want it all in Hot Springs, this is the condo for you! We couldn’t have asked for more. This condo is equipped with all the comforts of home in a beautiful, peaceful setting on the gorgeous Lake Hamilton just minutes from the center of everything in Hot Springs. This was our home away from home and if we EVER need a rental in Hot Springs this one is 1st choice hands down. The owners and property managers are very lovely folks who are just a pleasure to work with arranging our stay and anything we needed, they were right there to provide answers to any questions we had. I do not know how you could find a better place in Hot Springs and the value beats any other around that I found. BEST VACATON RENTAL PROPERTY IN HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS BY FAR!!!!

This condo was everything we expected. There were five of us. Condo was conveniently located, clean, beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. Annette was so nice to work with, we met one of the neighbors that turned into a really good friend. The only issue was that the televisions in the bedrooms had only a limited number of channels. While there my daughter and son in law saved a man's life on the boat dock. They were outside and saw a woman screaming for help about 100 ft away, her husband had a massive heart attack and they were able to administer CPR until the paramedics arrived, they did indeed save his life. we plan to visit again in September..

Great location once found but arrive before dark

This is a lovely condo in a nice complex located on a finger of Lake Hamilton. The area is very confusing in the dark with written directions that would be much better with a map. We were confused as to where to go but felt somewhat assured because my husband was following in another vehicle and hadn't signaled to stop. When I did finally stop in frustration, I got out of the car and found the person following was not my husband but another couple who said, "We're so lost! Can you help us find our condo?". Once found, the condo was lovely and comfortable with a great many amenities. It's only about ten minutes from Hot Springs Bathhouse Row. The only thing lacking was any selection of reading material having only two books - one on golf, one on gardening and a few older magazines. The only glitch we had concerned the wheelchair accessibility. Yes, the condo is accessible and easy to get around but there aren't any wheelchair ramps from the parking lot to the sidewalk. We were able to maneuver but someone with a heavy electric wheelchair may have a problem. All in all, it's a great choice for a family traveling together.

Great location and high quality condo

We had a great time in Hot Springs renting this condo. It was beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings. The location was great for getting around Hot Springs and we were able to use the dock with a party barge and access the lake. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the kids having their own rooms and bathroom. We invited family over for dinner and the kitchen and dining room were perfect. All in all, this was perfect for our family and we will return!

Happy First Time Condo Rental

This was our first time to rent a vacation condo. We were most worried about how accurately the listing would reflect the property. I was most pleased to find that the descriptions and photos reflected the property as it was. We stayed for five nights with 3 adults and 2 children, the condo was very comfortably sized. The condo was quite and felt safe and secure. In addition, the condo is extremely conveniently located to area attractions such as Garvan Woodland Gardens and Lake Catherine State Park.

weekend for horse races

this was our third year to come. my husband and i have brought our parents the last two years to the horse races. unfortunately, this year my parents could not come because of health reasons. but we came with my in-laws. i was hoping to find a place to stay where we could return each year. we found it this year. your condo is beautiful. the furnishings were very nice and it had everything we needed. Wonderful Condo!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lake Hamilton Retreat in the fall. It was even nicer than we had expected. The condo was beautiful and very clean and we felt very comfortable there. Our teenage grandchildren were there with us part of the time and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen has all the equipment you will need if you plan on doing some cooking and they have a barbecue off the back patio also. Enjoyed sitting on the patio with the lake and the ducks coming and going, as the weather was perfect. It is close to anywhere you may want to go, within just a few minutes from everything. Yet it was a lot nicer and quieter than any hotel, for sure. It is also perfect for those that have a boat, as they also have a boat dock just outside the condo and the boat ramp is located only about a mile away from the complex. We are planning on returning this summer and looking forward to enjoying the nice pool this time, which is right by the condo and they even have pool towels in the condo, so we won't have to pack those. The hostess, Annette, was so kind and helpful wtih any questions we had about the area and made us feel very welcome. If you want a really clean and comfortable place to stay, this is the place for you. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable and we look forward to our return.

We just returned from a wonderful relaxing stay that was unfortunately too short. We were only able to stay 3 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer, but the kids were starting school. If you are looking for a quiet, safe, relaxing, spacious and clean rental, this is the place for you! It is like a home away from home. There were games for the kids, movies, and books, etc. It was great! This condo is in a small gated community. Ms. Annette is so pleasant and helpful. We are hoping to book this condo next year for a longer stay. The condo even has an album that contains tips regarding the best places to do just about anything you would want to do. This is the first time we book through VRBO. We normally rent through realty companies when we travel. But, we had such a great experience with this rental, we will definitely be booking through VRBO again in the future.

Awesome! Extremely Nice, Pictures do not do it justice, much more than that!

This condo was great and the pictures do not do it justice. It's much nicer than the pictures show. When we first got there we thought, Oh my, its so far away fro everything. NOT...jump on 270 west, go up one exit and you get anywhere you want within 10 minutes. Downtown, The Mall, Fisherman's Wharf, etc. Love the gated community and did not have hardly any traffic at all thru there. Only thing that was negative about the whole entire place was that the pool was filthy & looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Garvin Gardens was not far from where we were staying & they also have a golf cart tour that was excellent for us since my mother has been sick for awhile & this was her first vacation since quitting her chemo. Condos were very quiet, take food to feed the ducks (they like quackers). LOL. Would definitely stay here again. Fish did not bite for us but there was a kid catching them like crazy off cheese. It would have been great to have a boat & take advantage of the boat slip they provide. It's right there by the condo & would be excellent for a family with a boat since the slip is right out the back door. Ryan's Steakhouse has a great buffett (they do breakfast on sat & sun), we did dinner one night, breakfast before we left. Everything is all one level so no stairs to climb. They had (2) lawn chairs on patio, (2) in the master bedroom closet. Annette was wonderful to work with & was extremely knowledgeable on the area with any questions we had. Most of the residents in this gated community live there full time so there's not much rental families. We did the Haunted Tour, 8:00 & 10:00 (we did the 8:00, loved it so much went back for the 10:00, which was different area covered) don't know about the stories but the history part of it was very interesting. Did get some quite interesting pictures that some objects were unidentifable. We were approached by about 3 gentleman downtown on the strip asking for money : ( felt like we were back in Memphis for a few minutes. If you stay here I think you will totally relax & enjoy. It's about 10 minutes from Magic Springs also (go 270 east & follow signs)
