This is an amazing place to stay! We were a large group of 4 couples and it was so nice to have a bathroom for each couple. We had two kitchen and living spaces which was also great. Our host was super responsive if we needed anything and helped us with dinner reservations and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, very comfortable. Serena had snacks, and some breakfast items for us to hold us over until we could get to the market.

Serena was a wonderful host. She was easy to reach and responsive to our questions. She met us at the apartment after we arrived by train and walked us through the apartment. The apartment is in a great location (steps from the Uffizi) and was clean and modern. It was very hot outside but the A/C worked very well. Very spacious accommodations. I would highly recommend this space if you’re visiting Florence.

This was truly the best property I have ever stayed at! Serena, the owner, was very responsive, kind, and welcoming! We felt like a guest- not just a customer. The apartment was so spacious- the bathrooms were large and well-stocked, there was coffee, snacks , and candy in the kitchen, and the entire place was so clean! I can only hope that if we return to Florence in the future it is available to stay in again! Many thanks to Serena and her husband for making our stay so enjoyable and comfortable!!

This host and apartment were phenomenal! They had snacks, water, breakfast items and coffee provided for us. They were in constant communication and helped us every day. She even made dinner reservations for us! The apartment was clean, beautiful and full of character and Italian charm. Perfect location in the heart of Florence. Wonderful!

Serena was amazing! She made the check-in and check out process easy but honestly I have never stayed in such a clean and organized place before. She answered questions before we arrived as well as texts here and there. She also wrote a book that had her suggestions for the area as well many tourist books on the coffee tables. She had complimentary snacks, beverages. The location was perfect and you could walk to everything. Serena and her home made our trip an amazing experience 🤍

VRBO needs to create a new 6 star ranking for Palazzo Neri and host Serena. The apartment was simply magnificent. Beautiful, spotless and comfortable which shows the skill of the designer, in this case Serena herself. The apartment is an easy 10-12 minute walk from everything you want to see in Florence. Doumo, Accademia, Uffizi and Central Market are all within a few minutes. Just outside the front door is a wonderful bakery, cafe and coffee shop. There are 4-5 truly outstanding restaurants within 500 feet. We had high expectations for our stay at Plazza Nori all of which were exceeded.

Un très beau séjour, en plein centre de Florence

(seul bémol d'où la note générale, insonorisation insuffisante côté Rue qui est très vivante, jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit...)
