THE SPACE
Step into a bright and welcoming home designed to make the most of its coastal setting, with multiple spaces to dine, gather, work remotely, and enjoy the views.
You’ll enter through a large enclosed porch filled with natural light, complete with a table and chairs ideal for breakfast, coffee, or a comfortable remote working space. This area also provides access to a WC/utility room.
The home then opens into a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with large windows overlooking the coastline. Comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a sociable dining area make it an ideal place to spend time together or switch off after a full day. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for both short and extended stays.
Up on the first floor, you’ll find:

A few important details to help ensure a smooth and secure arrival:
▪️ Check-in is completed via our online pre-check-in portal
▪️Guests are required to upload a valid photo ID
▪️ A refundable £200 security deposit is taken 1 day before arrival as a pre-authorisation (not a charge)
▪️ The deposit is automatically released 3 days after checkout, subject to inspection
- Please respect the community and try to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after dark. Avoid making any loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am to allow neighbours a peaceful night’s sleep.
- Please respect the property and keep things clean and tidy.
- Please do not overload the washer-dryer.
- Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our property.
- Please do not use the towels provided at the beach or anywhere outside the property.
- Food and drink is prohibited in the bedroom.
- No extra guests above the number booked may stay at the property - on all bookings, there is a £20/guest/night fee above two guests. Please let us know if you would like to add an extra guest to your existing booking.
- Smoking is prohibited on the property, including in the garden.
- Well-behaved pets are allowed in the property subject to a £5/pet/night fee paid via online pre-check-in, but must be first approved. We kindly ask that guests take a few normal precautions, including cleaning up after the dog even in the yard/garden areas (avoid letting them go to the toilet on the balcony`s artificial grass - there is artificial grass in the back yard), avoiding leaving them alone at the house, and generally respecting the property, neighbours, and furnishings by keeping them off the beds and furniture.
- Upon check-out, guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy state. This includes:
- Dishes: Load and run the dishwasher (remove food residue beforehand to prevent clogging/build-up).
- Pet Waste: Clear up any pet fouling, including in the garden/yard.
- Rubbish, Recycling, and Food Waste: Dispose of waste into the proper bins according to the provided signs and instructions, and dispose of any unused food.
- Any cleaning fee charged at booking covers a standard clean (e.g., linen change, hoover/mop, dusting, polishing, bin change, sanitising surfaces, etc). However, additional cleaning beyond normal use from excessive mess may incur extra charges.
- Prior to check-in, we require security details, including a copy of a Government-issued photo ID and a refundable security deposit, which is collected one day before check-in.
