Our comfortable, newly refurbished Georgian ground floor flat is perfectly located right in the centre of Bath.
Whether you're joining us for a city break or business trip, we've got you covered! The bus and train station is less than a 5 minute walk away. We're just a stones throw away from the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, Parade Gardens, amazing restaurants, bars and shops.

The flat has plenty of space and everything you need to make your stay like a home-from-home!
The space
This is a very spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and is conveniently located on the ground floor. The rooms have high ceilings and beautiful original features with a modern twist.

LIVING AREA & KITCHEN: There is an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, TV and sofa bed which can be used by 2 people.

BEDROOM: The large bedroom has a king-sized bed with a memory foam topped mattress for your comfort. There is a chair by the window which is perfect for relaxing with a good book.

BATHROOM: Shower room with lit mirror and shaver charging point (under the sink).

CHANGING AREA: A perfect space to put your bags and hang your clothes. With a full length mirror, it is an ideal place to get ready.

We welcome little people and have a high chair and travel cot available at your request.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment and have your own set of keys to come and go as you please.

There is only one step to access the building.

A beautiful spacious flat in a very central location. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water nothing to complain about. Our only comment is that a dish draining rack would be useful.

We had a wonderful stay here, flat was lovely it’s very spacious and clean.Bed is very comfy too.Ideal location for exploring as everything is pretty much around the corner from here.We were fortunate to be able to check in early, so we parked our car in the car park about 2 minute walk away from the flat and dropped off our luggage Only down side was the street noise but that is not the owners fault, we did stay during the heat wave in May so guessing there was a few people out drinking and singing late into the night. It didn’t ruin our stay and would happily visit here againThank you for having us

Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and spacious apartment. . Located in the centre of Bath. Train and bus station, only a 5 minutes walk from apartment. M & S grocery and clothing store a 4 minute walk. Bath has fabulous restaurants. Recommend taking a historical boat tour on the Avon River as well as a 2 sight seeing tours of lower and upper Bath.

We had good clear instructions and we used the Manvers Road Car Park which was almost opposite the property.The position of the flat is amazing so close to the center we could walk to the Thermie Spa, shops and the bus stops.The flat was lovely everything you needed and very comfortable.The sofa bed was really comfy and we both slept really well.

Great location and lovely flat! Recommend!!

This flat is in a fantastic location with easy access to everything! Check in and check out was super easy and the flat was in great condition! We had our baby with us and the travel cot and highchair seat provided was perfect.

Great location and flat

The flat is clean and has all you need to cook meals. The photos show exactly what you get. The flat is located within easy walking distance of all the historic sites of Bath. Highly recommended.

Large, very clean accommodation in a great location. Excellent communication with the host, before arriving. Nice small information binder with helpful hints for restaurants, sightseeing, etc. Our daughter did use her earplugs in the main room for sleeping as the windows are very close to the sidewalk. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out! Would definitely stay here again!!

This was the worst stay of our trip - very poor check in instructions were provided that left us trying random lock boxes in the dark hoping we’d find the right one. The rest were small inconveniences: we asked that the sofabed be made up and it wasn’t, the bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom, the kettle was dirty and full of mineral deposits. The communication with the host was unhelpful, with very little effort or service offered. Would not recommend, would not stay again. Location is great, would be a better stay for a single person or couple.

We are sorry to read that your trip did not go as planned. We have reviewed the messages and we have apologised that the sofabed was not made up for you, though the bedding was provided in the sofa storage section which is what we do for guests so that the sofa can be used on arrival. We responded to your messages promptly. We have not had a problem with guests finding/accessing our place before and have raised this with Vrbo but are awaiting their response as the full, correct address is viewable to us. We will review the kettle during our next visit to ensure it is suitable for guests as we would like. Thank you for your comments which will allow us to make things even better for future guests and in-line with our other positive reviews on all platforms.

highly recommend

This place exceeded my expectations. It is much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. It is nicely furnished and very clean. The location is close to all the major sights. I appreciated the extras that were there like soap, paper towels, hairdryer, kitchen towels, etc. Owner was very responsive in all my communications prior to staying there.

I love to spend time with my family and we all love to travel. I also love to play golf.

I choose Bath because I know so much about it, and I love the history, architecture, and culture of the city. It’s also my home.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I like to think the location and the cost combined make it standout. Everything is within walking distance in the city centre, car parks are very close (within 50 yards). If you wish to travel to Bristol or any other cities it’s very close to the Train station and Bus station. Both at the end of the road. I try to be an attentive host and respond to any questions as quick as I can, normally within an hour from 6am-10pm.
