Spacious beach bungalow, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach

Beautifully sunny in summer with a south facing garden and cosy in winter.

Our conveniently located modernised bungalow is perfect for those that want a beach holiday or would like a walking holiday or would like a bit of both. The beach is within walking distance and the South Downs is a short drive.

House set up: there is plenty of space to socialise with a large kitchen/diner, conservatory and snug, then there are 3 bedroom (4th bedroom if needed is a sofa bed in the snug), and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The enclosed south facing garden has a table and chairs. The bungalow is less than two minutes walk from the beach. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station and town centre. Approximately 15 minute walk to Butlin's.

The space
Airy bungalow. Three bedrooms. One King size bed (option of a single bed put in this room so to sleep 3), one double, one twin room. The lounge can be made into a room by the use of the sofa bed (this is for 7+ guests).

If you would like the extra single bed in the king room made up there will have to be 7 guests on your booking. Please contact me if you would like to rearrange which beds are made up (if for instance, you are a booking of 5 and you have a child that needs to sleep in your room and you don’t want the third bedroom made up and instead would like the single in the king room).

There is a forecourt in front of the property to park your car. Parking on the street is free with no restrictions and there are normally plenty of spaces.

Living space is all on the ground floor, however, there is a step to get into the property, therefore I would not say it is wheelchair accessible, unless you have a portable ramp. But once inside there are no steps.

Other things to note
Bedding and towels included in price. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

We allow well behaved dogs, however, they do incur an extra cleaning fee.

Please let us know if you wish to have a highchair or a cot. Highchair is free of charge but is not in the property unless requested. The cot is a standard wooden cot and is made up for the stay, charge of £20.

Please be aware that although the property is on one level, there is a staircase to the loft (the loft is closed off to guests).
