Family beach stay

Everything was great. Bob and Mary Ann were easy to talk to and have a beautiful condo on the ocean. The pool area is very nice and provides views of the channel and ocean. The building is located on the end of an island, so the beach front was wider than we expected. We traveled early July and there were many large marked off sections for bird nests that we had to be aware of. All in all it was a great experience!

Fort Meyers

We loved the condo. Area was super relaxing and quiet all the time day or night. Everything closes around 9pm. We was more into the bay off the island rather than the Gulf of Mexico shores that we are use to. Seen lots of sea life. Got to witness for the first time ever the sand was glowing when we walked on it. The kids loved that . Condo was super clean and had a lot of needed stuff.

Wonderful condo in Ft. Myers Beach!

This is a really wonderful condo right on the beach. We totally enjoyed the beach, the pool and the condo is beautiful and well maintained. We were more than pleased with the location, size and amenities. The owners were immediately responsive to any questions that I had. If we decide to come back to Ft. Myers Beach, I will see if the unit is available. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful condo on the beach!!!

Clean and updated

The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The furniture was nice and comfortable as were the beds. The beach and pool were very nice as well. The owners sent us all the information we needed for checkin, as well as additional information on the area and it’s attractions in a timely manner. They were easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. Definitely a condo we would want to stay at again!!

Very nicely decorated condo!

The facility was very nice....nicely decorated and full of supplies. Location was very nice, close to all things! There was much more distance to the actual ocean area than we anticipated and my wife was not allowed to smoke on the patio while relaxing which is a big deal for her. Positioning of the condo faces more south than we anticipated and thus couldn't see the sunseting at night. Owners were very nice about an early arrival time and later check out time, that was very nice!

Fantastic condo in a excellent location.

This condo's location is great. Away from the hectic Times Square but close enough if you want to go mingle there. Fantastic restaurants everywhere! This location is also close enough if you want to make the journey to Sanibel and Captiva, which we did twice. Make the journey, you'll be happy that you did. Publix is down the road for all your sustenance. At first, honestly I was a bit annoyed at all this "shut the blinds at night" thing. Then I walked around the beaches around the condo and I see marked sea turtle nesting sites. Okay... I get it now. Overall, I give this Condo a 4.3. The door lock is kinda tricky. There are a tons of pillows but I couldn't find one that worked. My only regret? I wish I had brought my fishing gear... next time...next time.

We already booked again for next year!

Annual girls getaway was fantastic. First time at Bob and Mary Ann's condo and we were very pleased. Best location, off the loud strip yet a short drive to great dining and shopping. We had long walks along the beach for some exercise. You may need sandals if you have sensitive feet because there are lots of shells the tide brings in. The condo is well laid out, nicely stocked kitchen if you're a cook and you're less than 10 minutes to Publix grocery store. We spent hours on the beautiful lanai balcony overlooking all the fun activity on the beach. Bob and Mary Ann are great communicators. I already booked it again for next year!

It was great

Overall it was a very nice stay. Its the largest beach I have ever seen and the sand is very nice. Some kind of footwear in the water is needed as the amount of shells that wash up each day is amazing. The only thing I would call a negative is the single elevator that works very slowly. Being on the first floor it didnt affect us much as we could take the stairs down, but any higher up and it may really cause some delays.

Beautiful place!

This condo had everything needed for a family of 4. Clean, great location, and all we needed were our clothes and food for a great week stay at this beautiful beach. We stayed when Tropical Storm Elsa passed through and only affected 1 of our days, but even if the storm was worse, this condo was ready in a strong, sturdy building with hurricane shutters on the lanai. My only complaint is the elevator is super slow, and the pool really isn't big enough for the size of the property. That doesn't have anything to do with the unit itself, it was very nice.

Great Trip

Bob was very nice and easy to get in touch with. Check-in process was easy given he had written instructions how to get into the condo and pool areas. Condo was clean and cozy. It was equipped with just about everything from a pack and play, coozies, beach towels, beach chairs, ample kitchen stuff, etc. The pool was clean and just the right size. I was extremely pleased with the stay and location. I loved that they had a guest sign in book, however, I didn’t get a chance to sign it. Only con - hot water ran out really fast when taking a shower. I would definitely come back for a future trip. Thank you Bob and Mary! My family and I had an amazing trip.

Great location! We loved it.

This was perfect for our family of 4. Both kids had their own bed to sleep in. It was a great location right on the beach! Close to everything you need. The beach was covered in shells!! Our kids loved walking the beach in the evening at low tide and you could see all the star fish. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect vacation!!

We had an amazing time in Bob and Mary Ann's condo! Right off the bat communication was perfect from before the trip and when we were there. This condo has every single thing that you could possibly need and then some. It was clean, comfortable and worked perfectly for our family of four. The location is just right ( just far enough away from the downtown area to avoid some of the traffic). The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all - we saw dolphins go by every day! Night walks on the beach were fantastic - we saw such a variety of marine life! Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo - so handy! Nice thick beach towels are supplied! We sat on the lanai all the time, morning and night. We were lucky to have completely perfect weather the whole week we were there. Highly recommend this condo as a great vacation spot!

Absolutely perfect for our family.

Very quiet and beach was perfect for sports and walking. Unit was amazing - very high end furniture and finishes, very clean, and fully stocked. We will return in the future.

Great Condo for Families.

Really enjoyed our stay. The owners were great with communication. Property is well equiped with beach things, towels, spices for cooking, ect. The beach is great for walking, jogging, and shelling. Also it is very close to Lovers Key beach which is fantastic. My only complaint is the slow elevator, but property is on the first floor so you get used to it. Definitely recommend.

Great location

Perfect size condo for 2 people comfortable clean and close to a lot of fun stuff so nice to be surrounded by water and enjoyed eating lots of seafood!! Loved Fort Myers Beach!! Good people watching

Unit 123 San Carlos Pointe Beach Club

First trip to Fort Meyers Beach and it was not a disappointment. Excellent location with huge beach and pool with view of beach and gulf. Owner/manager very responsive to questions and needs. To sum it up we are in process of booking 2 weeks for next year.

Lovely Stay at Carlos Pointe Unit 123

Your condo was lovely and just as described. Spotless, roomy, and equipped with everything one would need. Only reason couldn’t give five stars is the cigarette smoking that went on in the evening in the pool area and on lanais. Would have been nice if there was on site management to manage that. We managed it by going inside the condo and closing the lanai sliders. Too bad others didn’t follow the condo rules.
