If you want to experience lush Mediterranean environs coupled with breathtaking sea and sunset views, then Kleopatra Villa is your kind of place. Situated just 100 meters from Agia Marina beach, and 3 minute-drive from the port of Batsi, it is recently built in accordance with the precepts of the local architecture.
The villa covers a total area of 75 s.m. in one level and is suitable for 6 guests. It encompasses an open plan kitchen, a spacious living area and a dining table, three bedrooms and one bathroom. All doors open to a wide veranda, where much of the summer-life takes place. There is a kiosk with a big wooden outdoor table and a built-in BBQ. Whether starting your day with a typical Greek breakfast or ending it with a hearty BBQ, the veranda will become the epicenter of your summer days and the point of departure for your daily trips around the isle. The veranda is the ideal place to end the day, sipping local wine while watching the sun disappear into the deep blue of the Aegean.
Undoubtedly, what makes this house unique is its garden. Plenty of trees, a big bougainvillea and a plethora of indigenous plants surround the villa and the veranda, in an extraordinary estate of 500 s.m.
