The Residence Il Glicine sul Lago is a charming location, perfect for those seeking a peaceful stay immersed in the beauty of Lake Como and at the heart of the "Dolce Vita" of the Lecco branch. The proximity to the historic center of Bellano, which can be reached on foot, adds an extra touch of convenience and charm. Consisting of two twin studios, Tivàn and Breva, which can be booked separately, each with its own terrace overlooking the lake, it offers a unique and relaxing experience.
Tivàn, with its spacious living room and kitchenette, is located to the right of Brèva when facing the lake. The terrace, overlooking the lake, is adorned with the splendid Glicine (wisteria), allowing guests to enjoy the spectacular view at any time of the day. It consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, an independent bathroom, and, of course, a spacious private terrace. Elegantly furnished and equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and internet, it is provided with bed linens, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a welcome kit in the kitchen to immediately enjoy the Lake Como experience. Tivàn can be booked together with Brèva, the other studio, which can be connected by opening the small hallway that separates them.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

  . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
