Our seven-bedroom house, located just 3 blocks from Bourbon Street (4 minute walk), combines our three-bedroom flat (VRBO #1181879) with our four-bedroom executive flat (VRBO #1181880) creating the use of a seven-bedroom house that sleeps 21 people.

Great stay!

This place was perfect for a large group of friends. Location was great for walking to the French Quarter, and there was plenty of space for us to gather when we were at the house.

Great stay for a bachelor party, lots of beds

Perfect house and yard

Plenty of places to sleep, and completely clean, all conveniences provided—back patio area is really pretty and cool with all the trees. Balcony over the street is awesome. Was perfect for my visit with a bunch of friends.

Great stay

The location is perfect, just a couple blocks from all the action. Parking was convenient and secure. The host was very responsive and friendly. We booked the entire building and it was great for our large group to feel like we had a home while also visiting.

Great spot for big bachelor / bachelorette parties

House is huge and a great spot for a getaway vacation . Big porch and outdoor patio so everyone can hangout and easy access to get in! Felt safe in the area and we had a blast ! Thanks Mike

Perfect for my Bach Trip!

My party of 14 was super comfortable the whole time; the space is perfect for a big group. Walking distance from all the fun of New Orleans! I would definitely stay again!

Excellent Stay, Great Location

We were a big group and this space was the perfect size. The host was very communicative and responded immediately to all inquiries -- before, during, and even after we left the property. The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere in the French Quarter. There was a convenience store on the corner that made it easy to grab last-minute items. There was a nice shady outdoor space for early morning hangouts. I highly recommend this property for a group.

Fantastic

Great place and great host. Mike was great - very easy communication and so nice. I was there with a big group for my bachelor party, and the place exceeded our expectations. Plenty of sleeping space, plenty of bathroom space, and a nice outdoor hang out area in the back. Our favorite spot in the place was the front balcony overlooking the street. I hadn’t spent much time in New Orleans, so was initially worried the location might not be good, but it was perfect. It felt very safe, and was easily walkable to anywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend for a big group.

Amazing stay and great host!

We were in town for a bachelorette with a large group! It was an amazing weekend. House was in awesome location and was very well stocked. Mike was the best host and would recommend for any large group !!!

Treme Thanksgiving

This property is an older house with combined first and second floor unit. Was surprised by the rear entry and long stairway to the second floor. Pleased by the renovated bathrooms and second floor kitchen. Some of the beds in the first floor unit were unusable because there was no wall for privacy. Overall, we enjoyed our time in this house. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Fun stay

Great rental for a large group. Everyone had plenty of space for sleeping. Check-in and check out was easy. Mike was very flexible and communicative. Would recommend this as a fun spot for a big group. Close to lots of activities.

Great rental for a big group

The property was fantastic for fitting our group of 18 and providing a close-by location to the French Quarter. Would definitely recommend for other Bachelor parties and other large groups. Communication was great and check-in was very easy.

Incredible value for big group

Mike's place was perfect for our huge group. Close enough to the action to walk to and from bourbon street, while also being far enough away where you can sleep/relax a bit. Mike was very responsive. Would recommend this place to anyone who has a big crew.

Fantastic Stay at Wonderful Location!

The thoughtfulness of Mike (property manager) and help with the check-in process was very appreciated. This is a great location if you plan to visit the tourist sites on Bourbon or Frenchmen streets. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for large groups, prime location, and an awesome host

Our stay at this property was phenomenal. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. Our group enjoyed the bountiful sleeping spaces, many full bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a large dining room, an awesome courtyard, and the great porch overlooking the street. This house is a perfect fit for a large group looking for a prime location in a safe area a few blocks off Bourbon street. Mike, the host, was responsive, extremely accommodating, and incredibly flexible. This is the best host our group (15 people) has had in any short-term rental in any city. I would recommend this house to any large group looking for a place to stay in New Orleans.
