The people that went were happy with the layout of the place. It made it allowed a lot of good hang out time because of the open concept.

Great stay!

This place was perfect for a large group of friends. Location was great for walking to the French Quarter, and there was plenty of space for us to gather when we were at the house.

Mardi Gras was excellent!

The host, the house, the location all excellent. Couldn't ask for a better, more smooth check in process. Walking distance to the entire French Quarter and plenty of room for all 15 of us.

Great stay for a bachelor party, lots of beds

Great stay

The location is perfect, just a couple blocks from all the action. Parking was convenient and secure. The host was very responsive and friendly. We booked the entire building and it was great for our large group to feel like we had a home while also visiting.

Close to everything

House was amazing for our group of 18! Lots of hang out room in the down times. Close to the French Quarter and absolutely everything we did was a 20 min walk or less…10 to Bourbon St! Both of our excursions (Swamp tour and Plantation) had a pick up location 3 min way. Very convenient location. Mike was an absolute dream to deal with and responded immediately. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Mike!

Spacious VRBO in the heart of the French Quarter

I had booked this Vrbo for a friend’s bachelor party, and the property exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and clean, awesome backyard patio, and an incredible balcony that overlooks rampart street. Mike was also a really great host. He was very accommodating, and responsive throughout and leading up to our stay. Probably the best part was how close we’re to anything in the French quarter which allowed us to avoid taxis and ride-share apps.

Amazing stay and great host!

We were in town for a bachelorette with a large group! It was an amazing weekend. House was in awesome location and was very well stocked. Mike was the best host and would recommend for any large group !!!

Great spot for big bachelor / bachelorette parties

Excellent Stay, Great Location

We were a big group and this space was the perfect size. The host was very communicative and responded immediately to all inquiries -- before, during, and even after we left the property. The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere in the French Quarter. There was a convenience store on the corner that made it easy to grab last-minute items. There was a nice shady outdoor space for early morning hangouts. I highly recommend this property for a group.

Perfect house for large groups, prime location, and an awesome host

Our stay at this property was phenomenal. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. Our group enjoyed the bountiful sleeping spaces, many full bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a large dining room, an awesome courtyard, and the great porch overlooking the street. This house is a perfect fit for a large group looking for a prime location in a safe area a few blocks off Bourbon street. Mike, the host, was responsive, extremely accommodating, and incredibly flexible. This is the best host our group (15 people) has had in any short-term rental in any city. I would recommend this house to any large group looking for a place to stay in New Orleans.

Great house for large groups - Close by the French Quarter

We had a blast staying at this rental for a friends bachelor party weekend. The house is a short walk to Bourbon St. and Frenchman St. If you double up on beds, the house can easily sleep 20 people. There is 2 levels which are separated by stairs outside which worked out great for our group. The back porch is nice for hanging out with a big group and the front balcony has a cool view of the city. Mike was super responsive and helpful with any questions or things that came up. He did a great job accommodating our group and lettings us enjoy ourselves during our stay. The check in and check out process was seamless. The house is definitely a bit dated and pricey for what you get, but it's hard to beat the location and overall size. It's also worth noting that the house is very secure with locks on all the doors and a gate to enter the property. If you are looking for a home base for a wild bachelor or bachelorette weekend, this is the place to stay!

Perfect house and yard

Plenty of places to sleep, and completely clean, all conveniences provided—back patio area is really pretty and cool with all the trees. Balcony over the street is awesome. Was perfect for my visit with a bunch of friends.
