Vårt radhus med tio sovrum ansluter vår fyra sovrumsplan på bottenvåningen (VRBO # 513494) med vår lägenhet med sex sovrum på andra våningen (VRBO # 1181882), vilket skapar ett fantastiskt radhus med tio sovrum som rymmer upp till 26 personer. Vårt radhus i franska kvartalet är en restaurerad viktoriansk herrgård som sträcker sig över två våningar. Har ett vackert, möblerat vardagsrum med ett kommersiellt kök på bottenvåningen, rymligt hölje, fullt kök med matplats på andra våningen, stort festrum med sittbar, möblerat vardagsrum, 5 1/2 badrum och ett French Quarter balkong. Great location

We had a wonderful time in New Orleans! The VRBO is located in a perfect spot to be able to walk anywhere. We had a large group of people and it was great to have so many bathrooms and bedrooms.

Great stay

Great house perfect for a large group with lots of space to sleep over 20 people comfortably. Mike made the check in and check out process very smooth and he was very attentive and helpful whenever we had questions. Great location close to the French quarter and walking distance to many NOLA attractions.

Clean and super convenient to everywhere in NOLA

Perfect for a large gathering. The staff were wonderful in helping us plan for our stay. The house was clean, had great common areas to gather and plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our large reunion. Being minutes away from the french quarter was really convenient. Highly recommended!

Amazing. Stayed here with 15 guys for a bachelor party during the French Quarter Festival. Prime location - was able to walk to EVERYTHING. Doors auto-lock, amenities on site and worked perfectly. Book marking this place to come again!

Great place for a bachelor party

I just got back from my brothers bachelor party in NOLA, and I would highly recommend staying at one of Mike's properties. We rented the large party house and it was well worth it. Mike was very easy to work with and everything was exactly as expected. I will be recommending Mike's properties to firends.

We spent a long weekend at the house and everything was great. Plenty of space, clean, working showers, and plenty of towels and pillows. Great common areas to spend time together and everything is in walking distance. The ease of checking in and out was a huge plus as well for a group of people coming from all different parts of the country. Highly recommend!

BEST STAY OF MY LIFE!

Mike was AMAZING! Hes helpful, kind & a fast communicator. Anything we needed he had readily available. I cant express how wonderful he is. The house was clean and comfortable for all guests and a short walk to some real good times. If youre ever coming to New Orleans with a bigger group this place is way to go. 10/10

A Perfect Rental For Large Groups

The property was well-described, photographs were accurate, and our host was extremely accommodating. For a 16-person bachelor party with people arriving and departing to and from multiple locations, we were able to check in early and check out late, and Mike made himself available for everything that we needed. The property is within walking distance to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, and is a short drive from the downtown area. There is plenty of space inside with many amenities for large groups. Would highly recommend.

Eleven out of ten

The host is exceptional, creating a wonderful, easy experience. Comfort level was just like home. Safe and secure with keypad locks and three blocks from the police station, fire station. Parking was never an issue, thanks to the planning and execution of our host. Communication was top notch. We are natives of New Orleans, and this VRBO made coming home a perfect opportunity to relive our youth. Worth every penny. 40 nieces and nephews helped us celebrate my becoming an octogenarian. Thank you host and manager.

Stellar find and experience

The first thing that gets your attention is the sheer size of the property: beds, rooms, bathrooms galore! Everything was well-maintained with plenty of spare towels, glasses, toilet paper, and toiletries. The second thing that stands out is the location: three blocks off of Bourbon Street and a straight drive to the Warehouse District and the Garden District beyond that. It really was a fantastically-situated spot. Lastly, with fine dining right across the intersection, the house is close to all sorts of meals. We DID cook in the house as the kitchen was superbly well-equipped, too, though! In short, I can't recommend this place enough! It was a real delight to be there. Kudos to Mike for being a phone call away and checking in with my group during our stay, rather than waiting for a "no news is good news" scenario. He was impressively helpful and available during the entirety of the stay.

Great for large groups

All the positives outweigh the only negative which is that Rampart St can be a bit loud Other than that the house has 20 beds (could sleep 26) all very comfortable with two kitchens and a back patio . The host was very responsive and everything worked well.

Great House and Wonderful Customer Service

I had a corporate event where we had 9 people stay at the house. Early on we had a couple requests regarding being able to project our presentation on the TV. Mike handled the issue quickly and exceeded my expectations. We had a great time and were really close to the Bourbon and all the fun. Only issue is Rampart can be a bit loud in the evenings, so know that you may not get a lot of sleep. That said you don't come to New Orleans to sleep.

Fantastic Stay at a Great Property

Came with 19 guys for a bachelor party, and the house couldn't have been better. Great location, the house set up was perfect, plenty of beds/showers, and both Patrick and Mark were responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group looking for a place to stay.

Everything we could Dream

These guys had the perfect place for a boisterous combined bachelor Bachelorette party. They worked with us on every issue dealing with 26 people's check in and check out schedules. The place was amazing, clean and perfect for all of us. We had a great time and we reccomend this spot highly to anyone with a big group who wants to experience the French Quarter!
