Apprécié l'accueil par Monique, la vue sur la montagne, le parking privé, le matelas confortable et propre, la situation au calme à quelques pas du centre d'Ascain, tout près de St Jean de Luz et au centre de nos visites du Pays Basque Équipements complets, mais unique casserole Tefal très rayée à remplacer !!!, voire la poêle aperçue...

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Ascain, le logement est très bien situé, à côté de saint Jean de Luz, Biarritz, handaye, le train de la Rhune Etc. Il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire aux alentours. Néanmoins, des améliorations seraient à envisager concernant la fonctionnalité du logement, la porte d'entrée ne ferme pas si on ne la ferme pas à clé ce qui est embêtant et des ventilateurs ou climatisation seraient à prévoir au vu des très fortes chaleurs. Nous recommandons toutefois ce logement mais une fois les travaux effectués. Merci à Monique pour son accueil.

Sejour très agréable et une belle vue sur la montagne. La ou se trouvait la location endroit très calme et maison typique 🤗 La personne qui nous a accueilli est très sympa et très cool... Passez une semaine bien remplie de visites.... et gardons de bons souvenirs de ce beau Pays Basque!!!....😃😉👍

superbe appartement

Appartement très bien décrit dans la présentation. L'appartement est propre, très bien équipé, très bien situé avec une vue magnifique, et très calme. Merci à Monique pour son accueil (accueil de mon mari), je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de la rencontrer, mais je l'ai eu au téléphone et elle est très serviable. J'espère que je ferais sa rencontre une prochaine fois car comme nous venons 1 à 2 fois par an dans le coin, nous allons mettre cette adresse dans nos favoris. Donc à toute personne qui lit les commentaires avant de louer, n'hesitez pas avec ce bien vous ne serez pas déçu. A bientôt

beaux cites, mais appartement éloigné du parking, ne pas bouger les meubles car derrière très poussiéreux et literie moyenne, sinon bon équipements cuisine et salle de bain. Problème de chaudière durant le séjour, pas de chauffage et eau chaude pendant 18 heures. Aucun geste fait par le propriétaire non présent sur place.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. Localisation parfaite entre montagne et océan. Une attention particulière pour Monique qui nous a très gentiment accueillie et qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires.

La location est agréable, Monique nous a gentiment reçus , par contre nous avons été déçus par le propriétaire de cette location qui n'est pas du tout aimable ni courtois . Il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que le linge de lit, de toilette de cuisine n'est pas fourni.

Trés beau petit village et magnifique región.

On est content de notre location mais moins du propriétaire. En effet, nous avons passé nos vacances sans chauffage car le thermosat était bloqué.(M. Lassaigne a été informé à 2 reprises) et il nous a fait comprendre qu' il ne voulait pas être dérangé🤔 Un point aussi à signaler sur le ménage à la réception de la location qui était médiocre (portes de meubles avrc traces et poussiére surtout sur les chevets de la chambre) Cela gâche un peu le séjour, dommage.

Trés bon séjour dans une location absolument tout

Très belle location offrant de très bonnes prestations. La location correspond tout à fait à la description, très propre et fonctionnelle. La personne chargée de l'accueil est très prévenante et donne des pistes de visites . Parking privatif et de nombreux accessoires pour rendre les vacances agréables, plancha, terrasse, congélateur... toutes les commodités dans la commune, de nombreux restaurants à proximité et sur la côte. Proximité de St Jean de Luz et de toute la cote basque, 15mn du col d'Ibardin (Espagne). De nombreux sites à visiter, des animations tous les soirs dans la commune ou les communes voisines. A recommander.
