This house is not our main residence. It is located at the top of a hill, the view is breathtaking, and calm reigns.
KOSKETENBORDA offers you 3 bedrooms, one of which, with generous dimensions opens onto a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains (on the 1st floor). We can accommodate 6 people with all comfort, 8 with a BZ
There are 2 bathrooms and a large and friendly 70m² kitchen living room opening onto the 'lorio' (terrace at the entrance of the house) where you can have lunch in front of a sumptuous natural setting.
The garden of around 1500m² is fenced. and overlooks the fields where you can see small pottoks.
It is ideally located, you can go on the hiking trails directly from the house.
The village center of SARE with its shops and entertainment is 5 minutes by car. The Spanish border is 10 minutes away.
The Ocean as the crow flies is very close, you can see it during your hikes from Kosketenborda, the nearest beaches of SAINT JEAN DE LUZ are 13KM by road. BIARRITZ is 30 minutes by car.
The Basque coast offers many very varied beaches, bay with calm water at ST JEAN DE LUZ, many coves, the ERROMARDIE lagoon, the waves at BIDART, the charm of the old port of GUETHARRY.
you can enjoy the many activities planned on the Basque coast and then find peace and nature.
There is also leisure on site; horse riding, hiking, quad biking, SARE swimming pool with its magnificent view of the Rhune, open in summer only.
Ballad to the top of the rhune in a little train or on foot for the more athletic, visit the caves of Sare, fishing, tennis .... etc
