A welcome pack will be provided for your arrival. Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets will be present in the property. One or two toilet rolls will be provided.

There is permanent casual seating here, and it's a bit of a sun trap from noon onwards.
The rear garden is private and enclosed, offering a quiet space to enjoy the fresh country air. The garden is terraced, with a flight of steps leading to the grassed area, providing a lovely outdoor space for guests to enjoy. For those bringing a four-legged friend, a hot and cold dog shower is available - perfect for cleaning up after muddy woodland walks or a day at the beach.
Please note there are 7 steps up to the property entrance, and the lane to access the property is not managed by the council, so please be aware it can be bumpy, we advise taking it slowly.
Parking
At the front of the cottage, there is enough room for one large car to park (on the side of the lane directly outside the property). Also there is room for an additional medium-sized car if parked tightly against the store doors under the decking area.
Pets Description
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note, the property may not be suitable for an older dog as the grassed area is up steps in the garden.
Please do not allow your dog/s upstairs; a pull across stair-gate at the bottom of the stairs has been provided for this purpose. Also, please only allow your dog/s on the furniture if you have brought your own throw/blanket for them.
Your dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the cottage. However if they are used to being left alone, this is permissible for short periods, but they must be housed in a crate. A large and a medium sized crate is available at the property should you wish to use them.
If you have advised us you are bringing dogs we will provide poo bags, bowls and dog towels which will be hung on the hooks in the utility room.
There is a hot and cold shower in the rear yard for cleaning those muddy paws.
There is a dog poo bin at the end of the lane.
Restricted mobility
There are 7 steps up to the property at the front and 3 steps to access the rear door. There are also stairs inside to first floor bedrooms and bathroom.. The rear garden is terraced with 3 flights of steps to the top of the garden. Therefore this property is unlikely to be suitable for people with restricted mobility.

There are 3 ground floor exits. Emergency lighting torches are provided about the house.
