Sub Par Christmas experience

The cottages themselves are lovely but it’s a huge shame that the facilities were not working to a high standard when we stayed over Christmas. Comms were not clear- if the pool and hot tub are not heated due to a fault- tell us. Offer a partial refund. Others guests also experienced power failings. The whole place seemed like it hadn’t been looked after for a while.
