The Space:

Linking into the kitchen is a dining table and living space that opens out onto a garden area. The area enhances natural light with beautiful skylights in the space.



There is an additional living area that features comfy sofa’s and a flat screen tv. Additionally, there is another dining table, seating four guests.



The home features four beautiful bedrooms. The main bedroom, located on the first floor, includes a king-size bed and a modern ensuite bathroom with a shower.



The kids’ bedroom is also on this floor, furnished with a kid’s bed, and shares a family bathroom with the second bedroom. The bathroom features a bath and shower, with cheerful yellow tiles adding a bright touch.



On the top floor, the fourth bedroom offers a unique pull-out balcony, perfect for fresh air, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring soft pink walls for a calming atmosphere.



Guest Access:

The home utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire home at all times during their stay.

The home is located in the vibrant area of Kensal Rise, just a short 5-minute walk from Chamberlayne Road, which is lined with trendy coffee shops and a variety of restaurants. The famous Portobello Road Market is only a 20-minute walk away, offering an exciting blend of antiques, fashion, and street food. For tourists looking to explore, major attractions like the London Eye, The British Museum, and Kensington Palace are all easily reachable within 45 minutes by public transport.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with excellent public transport links nearby. The nearest bus stop is just a 4-minute walk away, and Kensal Green Station, just a 4-minute walk, offers both the London Overground and the Bakerloo Line, providing quick access to central London. Additionally, there are Uber and taxi services available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is spread over three stories, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.



The home is situated near a railway line, and guests can expect to hear the passing trains.

• Please respect designated quiet hours

• Parties are not allowed

• Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.
