Set over four carefully considered floors, this elegant Chelsea townhouse combines classic features with flexible modern living. With generous interiors, a study, balconies, and a private paved garden for outdoor dining or quiet moments, it offers a refined base just minutes from the King’s Road and the Thames.

• Enter directly into a spacious kitchen with large island, ample worktops, and a dining area that opens out to a small rear patio

• Separate formal dining room overlooking the front of the house

• Laundry room and full bathroom with shower

• Staircase leading up to the first floor and down to a small landing

• Access to a private rear garden with paved flooring — ideal for outdoor dining or a quiet coffee, though it does not include a grass lawn



First Floor



• Large, bright living room with multiple windows and decorative fireplace

• Principal bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower) and access to a private balcony

We will always provide advanced notice of a viewing tidy, and viewing. Each viewing typically lasts for 10 minutes.
