Villa Encanto Verde - the green enchantment - is a charming detached villa in the secure Marbella Estate resort, close to Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, a large shared swimming pool, and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, this is the ideal base for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy sun, space, and comfort.

The villa is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and is equipped with all conveniences both inside and outside. You stay just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops, but enjoy the tranquility of a private resort with child-friendly facilities.

Villa layout

Villa Encanto Verde features three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan – ideal for a good night's sleep in the tropical climate. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The living room is notably spacious and tastefully decorated, with a seating area, dining table, and large shutter windows that provide natural ventilation and light. The open kitchen is fully equipped:

From the living room, you can walk directly onto the covered terrace. The spacious, covered terrace has a dining table and comfortable lounge set. In the tropical garden, you can enjoy the sun on one of the sun loungers or take a refreshing outdoor shower. Just a few steps away is the large shared swimming pool of the resort, with a separate children's pool – perfect for families.

Surroundings

The villa is conveniently located in relation to various activities, such as snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, and hiking in the nearby Caracas Bay. Just a few minutes' drive away are the beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo, the Spanish Water, and the salt pans. In the area, there are numerous restaurants and nightlife options to discover, such as in the vibrant Pietermaai.

Intermediate cleaning, including changing bed and bath linens, costs € 75.00 and is mandatory for a stay of 10 days or longer.

Car rental is upon request.

Electricity usage € 0.45 per kWh, water usage € 9.00 per m3. The electricity consumption will be settled after the stay with the paid deposit of € 400.
