La Residenz SELAVI es una gran casa familiar con 4 baños y 4 baños estándar, un acogedor bar con 8 baños y 8 baños, joyas con sanitarios. Cómodo para alojamiento para 16 personas.

Esto hace que la villa sea perfecta para unas vacaciones familiares, (abuelos) con hijos o nietos o amigos y clubes de amigos.
La villa tiene en la planta superior un amplio salón con cocina grande, 4 dormitorios con 2 camas cada uno y baño y aseo contiguos. También hay un aseo para invitados en el piso superior y una "terraza" muy espaciosa con una terraza y una piscina privada. Y, por supuesto, cómodas tumbonas.
Hay una acogedora sala de estar en el porche y hay dos Boomstamtafels grandes con espacio para 16 asientos. También hay un bar que está conectado a la cocina.
La espaciosa cocina está equipada con dos refrigeradores grandes con congelador, 2 hornos / microondas combinados, dos lavaplatos y una estufa doble.

En la zona de asientos hay un gran sofá con un televisor de pantalla plana inteligente con una amplia gama de canales o donde también puede usar su propia cuenta de Netflix.
En la planta baja encontrará la entrada espaciosa con otras 4 habitaciones espaciosas con suficiente espacio en el armario y cada una con una ducha separada con inodoro.

Internet gratis con WiFi también está disponible.

La villa está completamente vallada y tiene su propio aparcamiento privado con una puerta de entrada automática.

Villa SELAVI está ubicada al este de la capital Willemstad en el parque de villas premium "Vista Royal" cerca de la "Bahía Jan Thiel", el agua española y la bahía de Caracas.

Un centro comercial con un supermercado de gran calidad (van der Tweel / Albert Hein) está a la vuelta de la esquina de nuestra Villa SELAVI. También hay varios restaurantes, casinos y alquiler de autos en la zona.

Junto a la bahía de Jan Thiel, se encuentra la famosa playa de Zanzíbar con el agua caribeña maravillosamente cálida donde se puede nadar, bucear, hacer snorkel, tomar un curso de Flyboard o simplemente disfrutar del sol.

Perfect location!

The place is great! Perfect location. Walking distance to the beach where you’ll find a grocery store, a small casino, a few boutiques and restaurants. 35 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes drive to Mambo beach. Elisa the house manager is wonderful.

Amazing spring break!

We stayed for 8 days and it was nothing short of amazing. The pool was a huge hit with my kids. The house was huge and enough space for all. The location is amazing like a 3 minute walk to the market and about 5 minutes to the beaches and resturants! Elise was amazing and quick to answer any questions we had.

Extended family vacation

Well kept home with plenty of both indoor and outdoor room. The covered patio and pool are wonderful. The house manager was a pleasure to work with. She was very cordial and quick to respond to any questions we had via text. All 13 of us had a wonderful time!

Great stay in Jan Thiel

We were a large family group of 11 people. Everyone enjoyed their time. The villa is as described, the location was great, in walking distance to Jan Thiel beach with its numerous food options. There is also a supermarket in less then 5 minute walking distance. The owner and property manager were easy to reach. Definitely recommend.

Great Times for Everyone

We came to Curaçao for a family vacation with all our son’s and their families to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary! There were 13 of us including 5 grand children from ages 6 months to 4 years old! This was the perfect place to stay for a large family! Plenty of room, great pool area, each room has its own bathroom, so you could have privacy and then can meet by the pool and hang out in the common area together!! Great location, close to a store, restaurants, and Jan Thiel beach! Elise was awesome, she met us when we checked in and out, she provided great recommendations and was always available and responded quickly as did the owners. We loved our stay and you will too!

Fantastic House

This house is beautiful and it's in a great location. Everyone having their own bathroom is exactly what's needed when traveling with a group. Elise was fantastic to work with and did our first groceries for us. The supermarket is right down the block which is super convenient. The beach is also down the block and provides plenty options for dining and entertainment. The day we arrived there was a blackout in the area, but thankfully the restaurants at the beach have generators so we never missed a beat. We used 6 bedrooms and really only put the ACs on to sleep and were very mindful of the water use, so our overage was minimal. Elise also referred us to Angelique-Perfect Choice Taxi for our trips to and from the airport and Willemstad. She was fantastic! Overall my group had a great time!

Great House

We had a group of 11 and enjoyed the house so much. There was so much room it never felt crowded and not having to share rooms with other adults in a rental is so nice. The pool was very nice and the house was so clean, we cooked breakfast every morning before starting our day. You can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, casino and beach. The only negative was the energy consumption, we only ran the air conditioner at night while we slept and didn't really turn any lights on and unplugged everything and we still went over the allotted amount, so it was a very hot stay but we are American and not used to not having air conditioning running all the time. The property manager was very easy to reach and took care of any issues in a very timely manner. Would absolutely stay here again given the chance.

Lack of transparency

Lack of transparency re additional charges is the biggest miss for this property . As an example we added 1 person for the stay which added almost 1000 euros but the electric and water daily allotment remained the same . In other words the more people stay the higher the price ( which makes sense ) but you will be slapped with a staggering additional cost that is by no means communicated before hand .i simply don’t understand how the allotment for electric and water can be the same whether you’re staying with 6 people or 12 people . We’ve been staying in this area for years and unfortunately this was the first time we’ve encountered this . On top of that there are quite a few little annoyances , from ice machines not working to not having enough garbage disposal . On the positive side I have to say that property management showed understanding and responded quickly but often mentioned that there’s nothing they can do as it’s up to the owners .

Nice stay

This huge villa, has a confortable accommodation for a lot o people. Fully equipped kitchen, lot of space to have lunch/dinner, including a useful barbecue maker. Rooms with air-conditioner and private restrooms. Swiming pool amazing. So, if need space for many people, this is the place.

Een aanrader voor een top vakantie die je verwachtingen overtreft

De vakantiewoning bevat alle luxe die je maar kan wensen. Alles was tip-top in orde en echt niets dat er niet was. Absoluut een aanrader wanneer je met een groot gezin (wij waren met 9 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen) een vakantie wilt die zeker aan alle verwachtingen voldoet. Ook de service van Elise (ons lokale contact) is in één woord geweldig.

Geweldig familieverblijf

Een prachtig ruim opgezet huis. Alles was dubbel aanwezig waardoor het verblijf met onze grote familie van 12 toch grote rust gaf. Lekker naar het strand kuieren, restaurants en suoermarket om de hoek.

Modern clean villa

The Villa is located perfectly close to food market, covid testing, papagayo beach resort and all possible attractions. The neighborhood is safe with security patrolling the nights.

Lovely home and best location in Jan Thiel, Curacao

This property is everything the photos depicted and more. It had a dream kitchen and a beautiful backyard with a pool. The manager Elisa was responsive and helpful, even offering to shop for groceries before we got there. The home is close to shops, gyms, restaurants (yummy sushi) and the beach with a lot of fun activities for all ages. Even better, the home owner's brother and his wife were visiting. Our taxi to the airport was running late and he kindly offered to drive us to the airport, he was engaging and interesting. Then, I forgot my laptop and he had already left. I was so panicked. I contacted Elisa and he came back. I am so grateful to him. Guys, I was lucky because the brother lives in Holland and does not come with the house :) - just sharing my wonderful experience with the lovely home and the family that came with it. I strongly recommend it and I would go back again and again.
